+ 1 moreVery hard to get a hold off, does not respond in a timely fashion. We cancelled the work (ended up renovating a basement) so Turchi Construction lost out on 30K worth of work. Sends contracts through the mail? Customer service practices outdated. Never received contract and left 4 messages in June or July that he hasn't quoted the solar window replacement. Never called back. Would absolutely not recommend unless you have a large project, not interested in the smaller ones. Sorry Rich, this was not good.

Description of Work: Renovation of a first floor powder room. Gutted the room and enlarged the space to accommodate a new shower. Installed all new plumbing, sink and vanity, new window, and tiled the floor. Awesome job!!! Friends and family can't believe how the small space was transformed. Mr. Turchi kept us informed every step of the way. His workers were always on time and left the work site clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Would definitely use him again! Very professional.

+ 1 moreRich Turchi and his staff were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They arrived on a Monday, and we had our new kitchen in just over a week. They were very thorough, explaining everything every step of the way. As with any remodel, we had a million questions and Rich, Chris and the crew answered them all. During the process, we made small changes to our original plan (different backsplash, adding a water line, etc...) and all changes were made easily by Rich. There are dozens of contractors out there, and we were very careful in our selection. Turchi construction came highly recommended from a friend so we were able to see their work beforehand and that helped sell us on using them as a contractor. We highly recommend Turchi construction - their price was very reasonable, their work timely and professional, and most importantly, the job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: Roof, Siding, Doors. |Timely and good communication. I had some exterior doors replaced and was specific that I wanted it tight. I was disappointed in the final install ... not exactly tight seal. To attempt to fix they added some weather proofing shim...which sort of helped and deteriorated over time. Roof and siding were fine.

+ -1 moreThe whole project went smooth and quick. There is room in the attic for storage now since flooring was put down. The attic stairs were installed and have a great finish to them. The attic fan works great and was installed and finished with a great look. Everything works great, looks great and didn't run into any issues at all.
