There was not a single hiccup during the process of tearing out my old roof and installing my new one. They did a fantastic job, and were incredible thorough. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing roof work.

Everything with the project went very smoothly, they even came out early to do temporary repairs to the roof before installing a new one. I would recommend Romano roofing to friends and neighbors in the area, they did great work at a fair price.

The service provided by Romano Roofing was excellent from start to finished. I called to get an estimate of the job I needed done and the individual handling the initial contact for the work was pleasant and provided me with information on the project and what to expect. The contractor arrived on time and gave me an estimate with detailed information. A date was scheduled but I had to reschedule due to another conflict. Romano Roofing was very accommodating and again easy to work with. On the day of the scheduled service, the roofers arrived on time and began the project immediately. The work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Once the project was completed, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris and left my property in the condition it was before they began work. As I stated above, every aspect of working with Romano Roofing was easy, professional and handled with exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend their services.

They started at 8am, finished by 6pm. Hardly knew they were here, cleaned up nicely, didn't leave anything laying around.

Highly Recommended. Due to the age of the home there where several layers of roofing on the main section and the lower section of roofing was previously installed incorrectly many years prior. Romano Roofing was quick to inform and correct all the issues with the old roof and properly install the new roofing. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the project and the end result is perfect. The amount of work that was involved with this project was due to the age of the home was massive and they had it handled and completed in a timely manner. The informed the neighbors about the work being performed for noise reasons and cleanup due to the closeness of the homes. There was an issue after the roof was complete the raised a concern with one of neighbors. The issue was since the roof was now installed properly and draining correctly that water run off was dripping into the neighbors yard. I brought this to Romano Roofing's attention and they quickly responded to the neighbor directly and corrected the issue by adding a drainage pipe in that area. I was very impressed with their detailed work and communication with me and our neighbors and their willingness to address our neighbors concerns instantly.

I found Romano after burning through two other companies referred by both friends and Angie's list. I am glad to report that Romano has not been affected by whatever virus has become epidemic around this area that keeps contractors from returning calls. They answer, schedule, and keep a schedule! In fact, Romano came out to complete the job early. A written estimate was provided and kept to, along with options to fit my budget. Of course, it hasn't rained yet, but from what I can see in the attic, the job was completed with attention to detail.

I could not be more happy with the services that Romano Roofing provided. After extensive research on many roofing companies, I came up with Romano. Jay came to my house in the morning to look at exactly what I would need, and Mike the sales rep came later the same day. Mike thoroughly explained what I needed and what material they used. I was most impressed by not only the newest materials they used, but also the warranty. How could I go wrong with that type of warranty? A week later I scheduled the roof to be installed and Mary (Customer Service) would respond to any question that I had right away. I used the great financing deals that were offered and had a few questions which were promptly returned. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and worked extremely hard in the 100 degree weather. They were also all professional and courteous and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. Once the shingles were lifted up the crew showed me the extensive wood damage and told me it should be replaced. Jay had the wood delivered that same day so that the job could be completed. The crew cleaned up the location which looked like nothing was disturbed. The roof turned out beautiful and I am happy to know that I will make it through many years to come. Thanks Romano!

I had been looking for a roofing company for a couple of months and it was a nightmare! Until i call Romano Roofing They were the BEST..from Mike to Jay to the girls in office ..I had a whole shingle roof put on plus some capping around edges, flashing around chimmey, the guys show up on 7/3/15 finish in one day Jay kept me updated on what was being done they did great job . i would highly recommend them.

I chose Romano Roofing to complete the work for alot of reasons. But the main one was the professionalism they exhibited providing a thorough estimate, their willingness to provide answers to my questions beforehand, and completing the work on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof with a nice guarantee. We've had some pretty good storms since April and I haven't noticed any leaks so far.

I called Romano Roofing because they were highly recommended by a friend of mine. They were very professional from the start. I told them what I needed done and they came out to my home quickly. I was not able to be home when they came, so I left my back gate open and they performed the services as requested. They sent me pictures right to my phone showing me the work that they did and what was completed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. When I got home, nothing was out of place. They did not leave anything behind, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area the way they found it. I would recommend Romano Roofing to everyone.

Romano Roofing is a very professional organization. I was most pleased with their continuous communication and prompt response. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous.

The crew showed up on time and did a very nice job. They explained what they were doing along the way. A small amount of work was not completed, but they came back exactly when they said they would. Very neat and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a leak in the roof of my row home and had several roofing contractors give us a quote to repair it. Jay from Romano Roofing came out (at the time he said he would) to inspect the roof and give me a quote. He explained the issues with the roof, and options to repair it. The price Jay quoted was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I signed and faxed the contract to have the work done on a Wednesday and the work was completed three days later! I highly recommend Romano Roofing for your future roofing projects.

Romano did an excellent job. Done in a day and cleaned up well. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and punctual. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Wasn't the lowest bid- but we didn't want someone cutting corners on our roof. DEFINITELY wasn't the highest bid either....fell right in the middle. Price was fair and the roof looks great.

Carrier provided a fair estimate in person, but when the written quote came over, it was actually less! They scheduled for a week or so out and that same weekend, fit my repair in due to increased capacity. No issues with leaks so far and the work looks very neat and concise. I am too busy to worry about the muss-n-fuss little tid-bits and they just took care of it. Great company and easy to deal with.

From the first day Jay came to give an estimate for my roof he was extremely helpful. Jay went up on the roof and took pictures so I was able to see the problems. I had s couple other estimates prior to and after Romano Roofing came and I am so glad I chose Romano. They came out early in the morning and worked until the evening and came back the next day to finish. There was an area that didn't turn out the way I expected and after calling Jay and sending him a picture of the area we were concerned about his guys came out within 2 days and fixed it. A good roofer is hard to find, I have dealt with several different roofing companies over the years and I finally found a good and honest company that I have already recommended to friends and family. I will cont. to use Romano Roofing for all of my roofing needs and highly recommend this company, you won't regret your decision if you chose Romano Roofing!

After a couple of rounds from initial to final estimating, we were able to settle on what was to be done and for how much. Jay was always very responsive to my questions and Mary in the office served as an available go-between when Jay was in the field. Once the weather allowed the job to be started, it was completed in a day and a half. The team doing the work was efficient and stayed out of the way as much as they could given that they needed access to the roof of a house that's only 19' wide. Clean-up was good, I had to do a little picking up after, but not much. Best of all, the last two bouts of rain did not leave any window sill puddles in my master bedroom as had been happening prior.

It went extremely well. When an opening came up before my scheduled date, Romano's representatives called me and asked if I wanted to reschedule so that the job could be done sooner if I wanted. I chose to take the earlier time and so I was able to have everything done even faster than the quite quick turn around that Romano had initially scheduled (within 2 weeks from assessment of roof). The roof looks great and the installed drain is much better than the internal drain that was previously installed and has eliminated the leak that I experienced. The workers were professional, on-time and got the work done really well.

I was pleased from start to finish of Romano Roofing..from Mike, the rep. He explained everything in detail of what was to be done. Worked with our budget. Then working with Mary at the office was very pleasant. Communication was very good. Workers showed up on time the day of job. Professional and polite. Ferdie was in "charge". Excellent worker. Explained things and answered any questions. Extremely hard worker. Clean up was excellent. The weather that day was awful..misty, cold..but they didn't stop at all. I gave them hot chocolate, they all looked so frozen. They were so polite and thankful. I know if I need to call them back for any reason, they will come. Their warranties in the contract on labor and materials were excellent.

I brought a number of roofing contractors out to provide a quote for fixing our leaky skylight. Some of the contractors were late and some didn't even get on the roof to look at the skylight. Romano roofing showed up promptly to provide the quote. they spent time looking at the issue I was having and talked through possible scenarios for fixing the problem. They provided a quote which was lower than their competitors and had it fixed in days. It was a very great experience ad I highly recommend them to anyone with roofing problems.

As part of a major outside renovation the complete roof was replaced. After the new roof was done there were leaks which I never had before. Many attempts by the original roofer failed to resolve the leaking problems. I contacted Romano and they came and identified the areas that had to be redone. There was no sales pressure and they re-replaced the areas of the roof that had problems. As a result of the job done there are no more issues with leaks. The workers did a quality job and after their cleanup you would not know that they had been there. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the job done by Romano.

Romano Roofing Inc. is a great company to do business with! Jay's team is highly professional, efficient, and clean! Mary was always so helpful answering our questions and Jay was very responsive to our calls and needs. When an unexpected issue was discovered with the existing roof, the team was quick to make us aware and proposed resolution was very reasonable in pricing. The guys even worked in windy, cold conditions and didn't even take lunch breaks!! These are the guys you want working for you. We are so happy with the results.

They were the most professional roofing company that came to give me an estimate. Their prices are in line with everyone else, in fact they beat everyone's price by $50. I was concerned during the job and got a little upset but Jay was calm and understanding, explained what was going to happen and followed through with everything that was supposed to be done. When the job was completed the crew left my property cleaner than it was when they started. I had a great experience with this company.

Everything went well and great customer service. Their response time was great & we definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

We did not have much contact with the roofers at the time of work. We can say they were on time, courteous, and considerate. the work was completed as promised.
