From the airport, I called Romano and they were able to send someone out within hours to assess the damage and they got a quote to me immediately. They were professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. Christine was a huge help in what was a panicked morning during travel. I worked with her to schedule the work to be done at my convenience at a very fair price. I would absolutely hire Romano again.

A representative came out pretty quickly and gave us an estimate. I shopped around to see if the price was competitive, and Romano gave me the best price and did the same quality of work as other competitors. Once we decided to give the contract to Romano, we paid the deposit and waited to get on the schedule. Took a few weeks to finally get a start date, but they did inform us that they were a little backed up. We had gotten delayed another week due to weather. But finally our roof was completed over two days and we were very happy with the service. The installers came in, set up around the house to collect the debris, and cleaned up after they were down. They were very friendly and explained to us what the condition of the roof was like after getting the old one off, and advised us on how to precede. Friendly people, great price, and quality work. Would definitely recommend to a others.

Our experience with Romano Roofing was great from the first visit for a quote, to the final finished product. We called Romano last February after our roof began to leak, which was frustrating since another roofing company had installed new skylight to correct a previous leaking issue. Jay came out and after inspection, informed us that the wrong type of skylight and shingles had been installed on our flat roof, which is why we had leaks. We wondered why the prior roofing company had not come to the same conclusion and had us pay for the wrong type of product, as well as the installation. We liked the fact that Jay not only came out to give us a quote, but that he also knew what he was talking about since he also does the work. We trusted his knowledge and had all the skylights replaced (4), as well as replacement of the shingles on the flat roof portion of our house. It has been 9 months since the installation (performed efficiently, with everything swept up and cleaned each day of the project), and we have had no repeat of the leaks or any other issues that were present before the work. Also, every person that I spoke to at the company, from Jay to the administrative staff, were always helpful and pleasant to speak with. Will definitely call Romano in the future when we are ready to complete the rest of the “non-flat” portion of our roof.

It went very well, the workers were very kind and knowledgeable. What I liked very much with the workers did was cleaned up their trash. And the price was very reasonable.

We needed a roof repair to buy us another year or so before a complete replacement. I had several companies come out for estimates and they ran the gamut, from , "no can't fix it, replace it", to "sure, I can caulk that for you". Romano Roofing was the only company that really tried to balance what was needed with being mindful of my budget. They gave me a couple of options, and honestly, of all the estimates I received, Romano's was the only one that made sense. They explained all the details of the repair I needed and the limitations of matching shingles, etc. The job was scheduled sooner than expected and the crew arrived in a timely manner, and did a thorough, neat job. Despite the warning of not being able to match my existing shingles, it's a barely noticeable difference in color. Everyone I dealt with from first phone call to final payment was professional and helpful. When the time comes for the full replacement, I know I only need to make one call. Definitely would recommend Romano Roofing.

we had leaks and called Romano roofing. Jay came over and said we needed a new roof. we were very pleased with him. he came right on time and was pleasant and professional. on the day we had the roof put on the workers came right on time again and worked all day in the hot weather. it was in the upper 90`s. they did a great job. they even cleaned up good after themselves. no debris was left in yard. all in all we were very satisfied with how it went. everyone we spoke to at Romano roofing has been really nice.

They were the lowest of three quotes we received and that made us a little nervous - were we hiring them for low price only? But I really liked Jay who gave us the estimate. He was professional and explained everything well so we hired them. We have no regrets! They completed the job less than a month from when we signed the contract. All the crew members were great and Jay was on the job with them to oversee the work up until clean up. We have no more water leaking into our kitchen and are very happy with their work. Romano was chosen from a number of prospective roofing companies, not only for their competitive/reasonable bid, but also on the impression that they were straightforward in their specs for the job. My positive first impressions were rewarded with the finished work. Jay Hogan and his crew were consummately professional, efficient, courteous, and prompt in finishing the work, keeping the yard and surrounding areas picked up of debris as they went along. When in the course of replacing the shingles, it was determined that additional problems were in need of addressing (i.e., replacing old damaged sky lights), we were carefully advised on the nature of the problem, options available, and given a very reasonable rate for the additional needed work. The results well-exceeded our expectations and are a vast improvement to the house. Not impressed... After coming out and examining our roof, I was told we'd have an estimate the next day via email, detailing multiple solutions to the factors contributing to the leak. I never received one. My take: this is a small job and this guy didn't want to be bothered with it. We went with another contractor.

It went very well and it has not leaked since they worked on it in May. Two other roofers tried to fix this leak. One roofer didn't fix it at all. Another roofer's work lasted about a year.

Romano Roofing did a great job. Doing business with this company was a pleasure from meeting Jay to conversing with Michelle. The crew completed the job proficiently and the clean up was impeccable. You would be wise to consider this contractor as your roofing professional.

Romano Roofing did a great job as always! Our home is almost 180 years old with multiple stone chimneys and old slate roof. Since buying the home, we have experienced water leaks due to poor chimney flashing's, mortar cracks and absorption, and failed chimney caps. In this instance, Romano roofing sealed the last of our chimney's that was absorbing water through the mortar. The repaired chimney was on top of high elevated pitched slate tile roof that need to be walked on with delicate care so not to break the slate tiles. No more leaks and we will continue to hire Romano Roofing in the future.

The job was done in a timely manner, I was not home so pictures were taken of the roof before, during and after the job was completed and emailed to me for my review.
