It looks great!! They took pictures before and after and I really liked having that information. They were very professional and very easy to work with. They cleaned up great and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them for anyone in the Philadelphia looking for a new roof done right. Mary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I spoke to Jay the owner a couple times and he was very professional.

My wife and I are very happy with the work that was done. Workmen were on time. They cleaned up all the trash from the job. We would recommend Romano roofing.

We had 4 different roofers from the local area come out and give us quotes. Excluding one company that was double the price of everyone else Romano Roofing provided about the same quote as the other three roofers. The reason we went with Romano had a lot to do with Jay who came out and took a look at our current roof and spoke to us about what we needed. He was very friendly and listened to all the details of the service that we were requesting. Since we have a rather old home we weren't really sure what was going to be under the old roof but Jay assured us that they would take care of it. We received a quote a few days after Jay's visit and as I mentioned before it was very reasonable and in our ballpark. We then worked with Mary to set something up and after a bit of back and forth we finalized the date and payment details. All our questions about billing and payments were answered by Mary in no time at all. Once work got started I wanted to communicate with the crew to make sure that everything in the contract was being handled. My wife and I had a few extra requests and we wanted to make sure that was all communicated correctly. If anything this was the only issue we really had with Romano, a few of the services we had requested weren't properly communicated. We just had to make sure that Mary & Jay were aware and that the correct work was done. At the end of the day everything we requested was completed so it's a non-issue but we did just have to double check some things that could have been missed. Once the work started and everything was communicated it went on without any issues. The old roof was removed and the new one was put up in no time at all. The siding we original selected was out of stock so we had to go with a different color, this wasn't an issue because of the location but Romano was able to work with us on this to make sure we got the siding delivered in a reasonable time. The only extra work that was needed was on our chimney which was falling apart. The team sent some pictures to show the shape that it was in and the extra work that was done to fix it. Even though the original price had to go up because of this work it wasn't unexpected and it was nice to be able to see the issue and how it was fixed. In total I think it took 3 days to complete the whole project, the crew did a great job and was very friendly. My neighbor happens to always be sitting outside during the day and he said something along the lines of this after the roof was finished. "I watched them work for 3 days and they never slacked off. They worked really hard and did a great job!". Since I wasn't home while they were working it was nice to hear this feedback and feel really satisfied with the work we received. From beginning to end we had a great experience with Romano. We have dealt with a lot of contractors before and Romano has some of the friendliest and hardest working people that we have had the pleasure to work with. So far we have had no issue with the roof and hopefully it will last us for a very long time.

We have used Roman Roofing for several roofing and gutter repair jobs on our house, including repair of damages caused by the Sandy storm. Their work has been consistently reliable, on time, and within estimate. We will use them again if the need arises.

We met with Jay of Romano roofing and went over the plans for a new roof along with some other minor work, such as replacing a partial gutter and siding as well as a porch baluster. We received the estimate that day. The customer service is outstanding and prompt with returning phone calls. The team showed up on time, they were friendly and very knowledgeable about the installation process. If I had any questions they answered them immediately. They also cleaned the entire work area after they were done to my highest satisfaction. I did have to call Romano roofing back to correct a problem, they came back immediately. Soon after I called again and they had to work again on this issue. I am VERY happy as they worked to correct it and I did not have to chase this company down, they stand behind there work and go above and beyond to keep you a happy customer. I would definitely recommend using Romano roofing they provide you with an excellent product, price, installation, customer service and most of all peace of mind that you choose the correct roofer for the job. We were in the market for a new roof and had contacted six or seven other companies only to have only 3 show up and keep their appointment. Then I came across Romano Roofing through another web referral service. I was contacted by Josh and set an appointment. He came on time and fully prepared, showed me my options, explained what they could do and gave me a price. There was never any pressure and once we decided to go with Romano Roofing Josh returned with the contract and everything was finalized. They gave me a start date and showed up ready to go, even though it was probably one of the hottest days that summer (90+ degrees). As the day went on they did exactly what was promised and didn't once bring up or ask for anything additional. While the new roof was being installed, my neighbor was out and complimented them on the way they were installing the roof. This meant something because he is the building inspector and fire marshal for the town. Upon completion I reviewed everything with Josh and made the final payment. During that winter, we had a large snow storm with some ice and it piled up on the new roof. Once the sun hit it it began to leak into the house. I emailed Josh and the next day he was here with a tech and they went up on the snow/ice covered roof, found the problem area and corrected the issue. There was no damage to the inside of the house and it has not leaked since. I consider myself a fairly handy man and know somethings about construction and contractors. This was by far the best service and craftsmanship I have received from any contractor I have used. I am extremely happy with the final roof, Josh my contact, and Romano Roofing as a whole. It went very well, no complaints. The office staff were very helpful and very friendly. The roofers were professional, well mannered and actually seemed happy to do the job. The workers were very pleasant, hard working, and thorough. All debris was cleaned up through the entire process and upon completion. Customer service was available and pleasant during the project, keeping informed and updated of requirements, and when I had questions. I was completely satisfied with my experience using Romano Roofing.

We got bids from companies that were both higher and lower but Romano had the best warranty and support. The job was done in 1 day and everything was perfectly cleaned up. They handled delivery and pickup of the rollaway track holder.

The Romano Roofing crew arrived on time and on schedule. They were respectful and professional. I was updated on all aspects of the project through the foreman, Greg. There were no surprises! The work was performed over two days as promised. When the crew left at the end of each day, everything was packed up and cleaned up. It was so refreshing to actually "get" what I paid for. What I got was a great product at a great price! Romano Roofing delivered on the agreed contract. I am so happy with my new roof! I have peace of mind knowing that it is a quality product that I will never have to worry about again.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Call for estimate was answered and scheduled promptly. Job and options were discussed in full prior to contract. Price was fair. We had several estimates, but Romano Roofing provided the fairest price and the most reasonable plan for what needed to be done. Job was scheduled quickly. Work was done in 2 days in blazing summer heat. Workers showed up on time and worked long days. Josh, who was the person that provided the quote, came on site each day to check the work. The job did end up costing more than the original estimate because there was more rotten wood to be replaced. That possibility had been discussed prior to work starting, so it was not a surprise. Very pleased with quality of work. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the dumpster was left here a little longer than I'd have liked, but that really wasn't Romano's fault - it was the fault of the dumpster company. I would definitely use Romano again.

Knowing that it was difficult to find a quality roofer, I researched area roofing companies for six weeks. We had five estimates that were from $7,000 to $26,000. Romano Roofing was the first company to give us an estimate and the estimate was given to us specifically detailed and with the cost and a contract to sign with a credit card form should we decide to use them and a credit card in payment. There was no pressure and the estimator was gone within twenty minutes. The entire process of getting estimates lasted six weeks. It was a confusing experience due to the varied price range. So we researched every aspect of roofing and the roofers who gave us estimates. Romano Roofing was not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. They were in the middle of the price ranges we received. Once we decided on Romano Roofing and signed the contract, we were given a date and the roofing crew arrived on that date on time. They covered the bushes and trees around the house and began the work. Greg was the supervisor of the job and he communicated changes that needed to be made based on the condition of our roof and the fact that there were obviously two different aged roofs due to an addition on the home. The crew performed quickly and the roof and the gutters were installed in two and a half days. They cleaned up everything outside of the house and ran a metal detector for any stray nails that may have been on the ground. There was only a slight and minor problem with an area of the gutter at an adjoining point where the original house met the addition. Greg arrived the following day to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Roman Roofing as they performed professionally, promptly and they were within the parameters of what we felt was a reasonable price range for our home.

Everything went really good. When Josh came out to provide the initial estimate I almost immediately knew that we had found our roofer. Josh was courteous, reasonable, and practical. I feel like we got a high quality result at a very reasonable price. The process was hassle free on my part. Romano's team got the job done quickly with minimal disruption to me and my family. I would definitely work with Romano again for my roofing needs.

Romano Roofing did a fantastic job on my roofing project as well as my neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get done a roofing project.

The before-and-after pictures look good. There hadn't been a leak (just a report from my regular handyman, who'd done some patching last fall, that I needed more serious repair after the winter) so I can't tell on that account, but since there's a 15 year warrantee, I feel confident that they've done a good job. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional; the workers appeared promptly and finished the same day.

Called explain my problem and requested a estimate. Gentlemen came on the date I was told he was wearing a uniform identifying with Romano Roofing. Very polite and professional gave me a estimate. Called requested work be done. Was given a date, they arrived on date and time given worked all day. Updated me on what was being done. Showed me pictures of what it looked like prior and when completed. They were clean and professional. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company and the job that was done. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very polite and helpful. This company is truly customer oriented. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Romano Roofing was great. They came a week early, which saved us from the rain coming. They were very thorough and we didn't even know they were there besides the sign on the lawn. They followed up with a phone call to see if all went well.. The customer service was great. We also financed, which allowed us to do the project quicker... Thanks Romano!!

We contacted Romano Roofing to repair the soffits that were damaged by raccoons and squirrels. The price they quoted was excellent and well under the price range that we were expecting. The work was done quickly and we called for another part of the roof which is difficult to see. They were very anxious to come back again even though there office is in another state. They dispatched their crew who completely repaired our damages and verified that the job was complete to our satisfaction. I live in N.J. however, I am from PA where I attend church and know a lot of people. I will not hesitate to refer Romano Roofing to anyone that may need to utilize their services. Job well done!!!

It went great and the job was completed in less than 1/2 day

First they came to give me an estimate. They were one of 8 companies I contacted for estimates. Of all of them their price was the best which didn't mean they were good but they were also recommended by a friend of mine who had them do his roof years ago. This recommendation and their price played a an important role for my final decision. We set the starting date for the job and they took over: taking the old roof down, and do the job. If I remember correctly it took them about three to four days to do the whole roof and clean up. The company sent a team of guys who were very respectful of the property and myself. They worked non stop for 8 hours every day they were in the house. The last day they brought a dumping cart and an extra worker to clean all the debris. This person also cleaned the yard, the flower beds, etc. where the pieces of old roof fell. All the clean up was done in one day. Overall I was and am very please with the quality of the materials used, the explanation of every step of the job so I could follow through and understand what they were doing. They also fixed some issues I had with some pipes on the roof which I was very thankful for bc it was offered to me for no charge. The materials and work have a lifetime warranty which also is very important! I would recommend the company immediately to anyone who wants a new roof! Thank you, Ms. Zollino

The gentleman came out and gave a complete estimate of what was wrong on the roof and several options for fixing it plus a estimate of when the job could be started and the cost. We went with the rubber roof because it was the longest lasting. After we accepted his bid he told us an approximate start date. He called several days before that and said he could start then if we wanted. We did, his crew arrived early that day and completed the work. He took before and after pictures which were e-mailed to me so that we could see the work that was done. They did a great job! Even when a loose wire from the house was left hanging he came back to fix it the next day. We were very pleased with the service, work and friendliest of the company. We would recommend Romano Roofing to everyone.

I had Romano roofing come out for a review in the beginning of July. They were much less expensive than other companies for the same products and services and were very prompt and courteous during initial phone conversations and meetings. On the date of service, which was only 2 weeks later, Romano showed up right on time and began work right away. The entire job only took about 6 hours or so which was impressive. The guy in charge of the crew took time to show me everything they had done including replacing a few additional rafters they discovered were broken during the install. Everything was cleaned up nicely as well. Later that night, I discovered a small hole in my kitchen ceiling that hadnt been there previously. Im assuming this was from a workers boot or something. I took pictures and emailed them to the company the next morning. I received a response within an hour or so and was promised someone would be out in a day or so to check it out. The next day another Romano worker was out patching the hole. Its hard to find companies out there today who are honest and back up there work for a fair price. Romano roofing has great prices, products, and staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for roofing or gutters!

The work was done quickly and was a quality job.

My experience was fabulous in all respects. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. Absolutely no short cuts. They first covered all the shrubbery to protect it from being damaged. They removed the old shingles, felt paper, and flashing and disposed of it. They repaired an area of the old plywood that had water damage. They installed what is known as a GAF Roofing System, which included asphalt felt paper GAF Weather Watch ice and water shield on rakes and eaves, aluminum metal drip edge to entire perimeter, GAF Pro-Start starter shingles, GAF Timberline shingles, GAF Cobra Ridge exhaust vent, aluminum step flashing and aluminum counter flashing around walls and chimneys, and pipe collars to vent pipes. Unbelievable! Moreover, the new roof has a 50 year warranty so it my be really good!

Jay came out to give me the estimate for a new roof. Greg and his crew arrived on the agreed upon date and went right to work. Greg explained to me that the job would take two days. As rain was in the forcast he told me that they would only remove the old roofing on half the house to be on the safe side. The rain held off and they finished the roof the next day. A very good job and a crew of dedicated workmen. No fooling around and strictly business. I asked Greg many questions and he answered all without a problem. From the office staff to the estimator to the workmen , it couldn't have gone smoother. Since completion of the job it has rained pretty good and all is tight with the roof. This is the second time I have used Romano Roofing. Two years ago they replaced the roof on my detatched garage. I highly recommend them.
