The installers were on time, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They left our yard in the same condition it was before they started, they sweeped around the whole house for any nails. I am impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. We are very happy with the product.

They were so nice to us. They talked us through the roof replacement and how long it would take. They were prompt, removed the existing roof without damaging anything on the property, the quality of the new roof was amazing, they replaced the gutters and added new fascia board to hand the new gutter system. They painted everything to match all of the colors. After completion of the job they followed through to make sure we were happy with the results. I was very impressed with the service.

I had previously used last year Romano Roofing to repair a leaking valley on my roof. At that time, they had made a great offer to replace my existing roof ($6500), which I passed on. I was pleased with the work they did and, when it came time to replace my existing roof, I approached them along with three other local companies for estimates. The new estimate from Romano jumped up to $9500. While I wasn?t happy with the increase from last year they were able to knock off $1000 due to the previous work they had done and still came in lower than the other two contractors I reached out to. So, with the price and having been pleased with their previous work, I decided to go with Romano. Their field reps and front of office staff quickly answered any questions I had. I have to give particular thanks to Mary who was quick, professional and responsive when coordinating the job. Outside of a small delay due to winter weather issues the work crew arrived on time and when they said they would. They were pleasant to deal with and had no problems with me periodically checking in on them while they were working. I had concerns about additional plywood needing to be used and the work crew was fantastic about keeping me up to date. The work was completed in about two days and the crew, outside of a few bits here and there and debris left behind in areas that they did not have access to, did a terrific job of cleaning up after themselves. The new roof looks great and I will be highly recommending Romano to anyone in the future.

The team of 4-5 individuals mobilized to remove what turned-out to be 8 layers of existing flat roof material on a historic carriage house in Philadelphia. The home is a 2 story structure with a flat roof. Materials were delivered and stored out of the public way. Tarps were used to protect the surrounding during roof tear-off. The new flat roof material included GAF rubberoid smooth modified bitumen roof membrane. Aluminum roof exhaust vents were included. The removal job took a full day and the new roof install took another day. The site clean-up was maintained during the removal and a thorough clean-up was performed after day one and two. This is a highly visible area to the public so the clean-up was very important. The team paid attention to ornamental metal details on front of home during tear-off. The metal roof trim was painted to match color scheme of the windows. I also had remedial brick pointing done at spots around the home. Photos of the completed project were provided to me. The work was performed in the middle of winter when the temperature allowed. I was very pleased with the hard work, quality workmanship, and overall job performed by the team.

I live in a three bedroom single A frame home. Replacing a roof can be a daunting task. However, it was quite necessary. The old shingles were literally falling off my house. I could not go through another patch job. Not to mention, Christmas and winter was upon us.. What was I to do? Well I started my search. I had obtained several estimates. Some of the companies I had called, never took the time to assess my particular situation, they just handed me a business card with an amount written on it (my estimate). Other companies were informative yet, shall we say, pushy. Then I called Romano Roofing. It was like a blessing. From the moment there representative showed up at my front door, I knew I was in good hands. Jay came back with his partner, and actually climbed up into my attic to assess the situation. Mike followed up with a phone call. Mary answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. I received a detailed estimate which was extremely competative, explanitory and right on target. Greg was in charge of the actual project. The materials were delivered the day before. The workers arrived right on schedule. There trucks are properly decaled and the workers all had ID badges. They protected my home with a big blue tarp and went right to work. They were curtious, friendly and hard working. They completed the job in one day!! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful PEWTER colored roof, written warranty and all. I would recommend this company to not just anyone, but to EVERYONE!! I was out of the state and negotiated the work remotely. The front office (Natalie) was very responsive and proactive, as was Josh, the salesman/estimator/foreman. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. I had a nonstandard installation since the home I was having the work done on is a 250 year old stone farmhouse. The home had no roof venting, but required it. I asked about in-roof venting with core-a-vent and Josh stated they had worked with this type of venting in the past. Knowledge of how to install this type of venting was important to me as it would could have significant repercussions if not installed correctly. All construction materials were cleaned up at the end of the job. Overall, the process could not have gone better.

The guys knew what they were doing and spent about an hour on the roof re-caulking and flashing the skylight. They showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Would definitely use them again for siding, roofing, etc.

First, when the estimator came he did not try to sell me a new roof, which I appreciated. He worked with my budget and came up with an estimate to repair it. I was given a contract so I knew exactly what they were going to do. Roofer who came was very knowledgeable and professional and discussed future options with me, if I needed them. Right after he left he called me to tell me he just remembered that when he was on my roof he had accidentally dropped an empty tube of glue onto the porch below and did I want him to come back and pick it up? He also trimmed the vines that were starting to grow onto the roof for no extra charge. I have not had any problems with the roof since.

It was a very thorough job. Complete removal of 2 layers of old shingles followed by install of new roof. I was impressed that they took the gutters down to do edging and didn't ignore that area. They used all new material and did a very thorough clean up after the job was complete. I was also impressed that when scheduled for a previous date the company took the weather conditions into consideration and didn't start a job that could not be completed before inclimate weather set in.

I did have to call them back twice. The 1st time was because the shingles on the 2nd floor part of the roof were not completely sealed properly and water was still coming in the house. They responded within less than 24 hours of my call and was out the next day to check and fix it. However, I recently called them in October, 2014 in which they did not call or come out on that scheduled Saturday, but the gentlemen did show up on that Sunday and apologized rechecking the roof. He informed me of the issue which is not my responsibility. Overall, it went very well and I don't have any water coming in to the house. In the future if I need any other work done I would use them again.

I had my roof installed in 2008 (not by Romano). I knew one area of the roof might be a problem, and it had leaked a few times, but the person who installed the roof was never helpful in getting it fixed. The roof had begun to leak pretty severely after all the snowfall and snowmelt last winter. I had three roofers look at it and liked Romano Roofing the best. They completed the work in one day. However, after the next rainfall, it was still leaking. It took two more visits from Romano before we were confident that the problem was taken care of. Since it was a patch instead of a roof replacement, they made it clear that this possible as they searched for the ultimate cause of the leaks. On the first visit, they fixed several glaring issues with the roof installed in 2008. Each time I had to call them back they were very accommodating and tried another fix. The final fix was very subtle and was only attempted after more obvious solutions did not work out. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided. If I have problems with other parts of my roof (my roof is in several sections, they only had to address one section), I will definitely call them first.

I believe Tim was the gentleman's name that fixed my roof. My parents were home when he arrived and It only took him 15 minutes to fix my roof. When my parent's went to pay him, he wouldn't even accept money. He said it was a simple repair and a common problem for row homes. I'm blown away! They are the epitome of customer service and I recommend this company to everyone. They are not out to take advantage of their customers and operate on the basis of integrity. I am building a new home in the near future and this will be the company I use. In fact, they will be the ONLY company I use in the future. I cannot thank them enough!

Romano did a very good job installing my new roof.

Everything went well. I finally had someone come through that knew what they were doing. It was frustrating contacting a slew of people who knew people from handymen to business contractors who had no idea of what to do while with each rain I see the leak slowly creep along the length of the ceiling.Add to that the other element- I couldn't get the someone to work on repairing the ceiling until the leak was found. Let me add one other thing. I did have another contrator take a look at the problem- they did come on time - they never mentioned the chimney in their proposal and wanted to charge $2600 for what Jayand his team did for $900.And, I have not had a problem since then.

We have a good relationship with this company. They are always professional and work with us to provide cost effective solutions to our roofing problems. They are informative, stand by their work, are responsive to questions, and fast with communication. We always call them first when anything involving a roof comes up! :)

they presented me with a concise bid, outlining exactly what they were going to do. They did a beautiful job, showed up when they had said they would be there and also did a great clean up job. They even sent photos of the finished job. I am very satisfied.

We recently had our entire roof and gutters replaced by Romano Roofing. They gave us plenty of options to fit our budget and needs when we were looking at their services. They were very friendly and courteous. They did not pressure us in any way. The finished product looks great. They showed up on time and were very professional. They cleaned up everything - the outside of our house looks better than before they got here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof redone.

Great job, great service, at a reasonable price! Romano Roofing sent their estimator Fred out within a couple days of my first call. Fred generated an estimate on the spot and showed me pictures of the problem areas that needed repairs. Work was completed in 7 days and new picture were taken to show me exactly what was done. When a new roof leak popped up - Romano sent someone out the next day! Great workmanship on a difficult 100 year old slate roof!

Jay, the owner was very quick with his response when I initially contacted him. He quoted me a very fair price and was actually the lowest of the three estimates that I'd received. His workers were friendly and most importantly, they left my property spotless after performing the roof coating. They actually took their shoes off, and put on different ones after exiting the roof in order to prevent tracking aluminum roofing matter on my brand new concrete in my yard. They did an excellent job installing the capping, and I haven't noticed any type of leaks from my roof which is very impressive with all of the rain that we have had. This was my first time using Romano roofing and I would definitely use them again for my roofing needs.

From start to finish the process went smoothly. The appraiser gave thorough explanations and answered all of my questions. I reviewed my 3 proposals and Romano stood above the others. They even threw in a few extras to sweeten the deal (i.e. painted the stucco surrounding my chimney. The crew was punctual and the work was completed as scheduled The clean up was thorough with the exception of one small area. When I bought that to their attention, the foreman stopped by the next day and took care of the job himself.

Entire project went extremely well. The cost was very competitive and the quality of the service provided was excellent. For example, because one of my skylights was leaking (and damaging my drywall), I asked if my scheduled installation date could be moved up. I received a call back in a few days and my installation date was moved up by nearly two weeks. The expedited installation was very much appreciated and demonstrated the provider's high level of customer service.

They showed up on time. completed work quickly it was on time as scheduled. the workers were nice and friendly. my roof looks well and is holding up pretty good. I have no complaints. I will use them in the future if i need my roof fixed.

Romano came out to my home to quote me on a repair of my slate roof due to a storm. We had many roofers come out and tell us they could not repair the slate and would not do the work due to the heigth and pitch of our roof. Romano worked with us and our insurance company to get the replacement approved. The office staff were very helpful and kept in contact with us while we worked on a schedule to get the new roof put on. The day of the install the crew arrived the time we were told they would and started working right away. The job took two days and everything was cleaned up and looks so nice. We are highly satisfied with our experience with Romano and recommend them to all our friends and family.

Really great service. They explained the problem thoroughly and were patient in answering all my questions. Even while on the job, the folks working were co-ordial and diligent. The supervisor came to visit and gave further clarity for the leak. Would recommend again.
