Description of Work: Consulted on two trees, provided options and helped to decide best course of action on both. Cut down one very large oak and one large maple tree + stump grinding and left a neat pile of pre-cut logs for firewood as requested. All debris in the work area was cleared and area was left cleaner than when they arrived. Great communication, calls were returned quickly from both the office and the field. Rick's Expert Tree service handled everything and made the entire process easy and stress free.

Description of Work: I called ricks several times and they could not give me a date when the work could be done six weeks later they called on a Friday and told me they would be there on Monday. I told them forget the work is done.

Description of Work: I called for a free estimate which Rick's Tree Service came out the very next day and wrote up a free estimate. I thought the price was fair but I was pleased that they actually responded so quickly to supplying the estimate. I had called two other companies but never even received a return call. They elevated and pruned a Weeping Cherry Tree; we were happy with the results.

Description of Work: I couldn't be more pleased with service provided. Chuck explained the condition of each of the trees and bushes in great detail when he came out to give his estimate. He was very thorough and did not try to sell me on anything. Extremely honest and fair. The price was so reasonable for all the work involved. There was a crew of 6 men and they removed 7 trees, 4 bushes and trimmed another huge tree. Also cleaned up everything, removed stumps and mulch. All of the work was completed within 2 days.

Description of Work: Removed multiple mid-sized trees and elevate & clean up on large oak, carefully worked around a fragile Japanese maple. removed large lead from maple that was in power lines, trimmed bushes & other misc work. It went quickly & cleanly. Stump grinding was done a few days later by agreement. Employees all professional & friendly. Management on site most of the time & available by phone at all time. Good experience. Yard looks great. Trees are looking healthier already. Professional job from the first quote to finished yard. Payment when I agreed job was done, not before.
