+ -1 moreRick came out same day. Didn't observe the behavior, so took the tower home. Cleaned it up and did routine maintenance. Brought it back the next day. When he was "playing" around, he discovered that the keyboard was causing the issues. Turns out that I had spilled coffee on it a while back and you could hear it "sloshing" around. That was about 6 months ago. It continues to work better then previously. Would certainly use Rick again.
Description of Work: Had gotten Rick's name from DH's golfing buddy. We were having issues with our desktop, it was acting "weird."

Description of Work: He rebuilt me a new computer and installed a new operating system. He brought it back to my place afterwards and hooked it up when he was finished.
