Page and his team did an amazing job with our kitchen renovation! They are total professionals and treat your home as if it was their own. During the winter storms, my roof leaked and there was bad water damage to one of the bedrooms in my house. They came to the house and assessed the damage. I had the estimate sent to my insurance company and I set up an appointment to have the repairs done. I was impressed at how fast they came to repair the damage and they showed up exactly when they said they would be here. I was talking to the owner and found that disaster repairs was one of many things they were accomplished at doing. Within a week, I hired MPB to Install a new wood floor on the first floor and all new carpeting on the second floor and a few other odd things as well. There was no pressured sales. They gave recommendations and showed me many options of what I could do. We decided what to do and they started work right when they said they would. Bottom line, this is what I experienced throughout both projects: - They knew exactly what they were talking about during the sales process and their pricing was more than fair. - No pressure to buy the best, explaining the pros and cons of each option. - They kept me updated during each project. - They showed me their work at the end of the each day and explained what they were going to complete the next day. - Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, showed up on time each day, completed each project on time, were open to changes during the process, worked tirelessly during each day and their craftsmanship was incredible. True Artisans. - Cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and hauled the trash away each day as well. I highly recommend Mitchell Precision Builders and intend to bring them back to remodel my kitchen, redo my basement and add a second full bathroom. If you want what you pay for, true craftsmanship, people that are easy to work with, people that don’t try to sell you what you don’t need and complete satisfaction, MPB is the way to go. Mike G.
