Highly recommended. I hired IMW to re-insulate my attic. They went above and beyond what I had expected. They were very professional and kept everything clean. They are very knowledgeable on required insulating R-values, thermal bridging, air flow, etc., and all at a reasonable price.

Experience was excellent from the estimate walkdown to the installation of the attic insulation. Crew was very professional, courteous and timely. Recommending IMW Specialists! I found IMW Specialists (formerly RCD) to insulate my attic. Liam came to look at the attic, made a recommendation, and provided a competitive quote for the job. The team showed up on time and got right to it. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up and were on their way.

Working with Liam and the team at IMS specialist was a very enjoyable process, from the initial meeting all the way through completion. The team was very professional and made sure to keep the work area protect and clean. They were also very flexible in the scheduling, I needed to get the attic remediation and insulation remove but needed to wait for other contractors before installing blown-in insulation in the attic. There were no surprises or added cost to the project and everything that was promised was completed. I would recommend IMS specialist.

We called IMW and had someone come look at our house the same week. We just wanted our attic insulation done but the person showed us our walls could be insulated as well. We ended up doing the attic and walls and it went great. The crew was nice and clearly know what they were doing. They cleaned up when they were done. The results were great. We wanted the insulation done to save on oil costs but it made our house so much more comfortable too.

Liam’s amazing crew did a fabulous job putting in insulation into our attics. They explained everything that was happening and their work was excellent. They were on time and finished and cleaned up earlier than expected. Our electric bills have dropped and our bedrooms are cooler in summer and warmer in winter. I contracted with IMW Specialists to insulate my two attic spaces. Liam came to look at the attic, explained what needed to be done to adequately air seal and insulate my attic, and provided an estimate for the work soon after. Nick and Mark arrived on time and reviewed with me what they were going to do to ensure we were all on the same page. They proceeded with the work, which they finished in about 6 hours. They were courteous and very knowledgeable, and kept me abreast of their progress throughout the process. They showed me what they had done at various stages of the project to ensure it was to my satisfaction. They cleaned up any debris from the job when they were done We noticed a significant difference in the warmth in the house the next day!
