DEVORE'S DRAIN CLEANING

Ken was super quick to respond- from call to arrival was about 45 minutes! He was very friendly, gave me some advice, and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. His rate was very reasonable. He totally made my day, what a relief to get a plumber out on Christmas Eve!

Ken was very nice however he did not complete the job and did not return as promised. This was the first time I used Angie's list. I was very disappointed and will not be using this service again in the future.

Went very well!!! Ken showed up on time when he said he was going to be here, he did all the work I ask for and did not try to sell me on things I really could not afford. He is very nice & friendly and is priced very reasonable.

Ken Devore, was a very personal and pleasant to deal with. I had a difficult wall hung bathroom sink that needed to be basically rebuilt and I also needed to have all the attached plumbing replaced. I purchased the faucet Ken did the rest. Ken did a good job and even came back to ensure everything was satisfactory. I even learned a few things. The sink looks almost new. I also had a leaky stall shower issue that he remedied as well. This was all done over the weekend, because I am a single parent and that was my only availability. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how great Ken and his team are when it comes to problem solving and fixing whatever crosses their path. I have called on Ken now twice at my home. He always comes out almost immediately and whenever I am available (early morning, evenings, weekends). The first time he came out, he installed a gas shut off valve. He was fast and extremely fair on the price. The second time he came out, I was having major issues with water in my basement. It was all of a sudden and I could not for the life of me figure out where it was coming from. I thought FOR SURE I needed a new yard drain, which would require excavation, cutting into my foundation... in other words... money I really didn't want to spend. Ken came right out and discovered a tennis ball lodged in my drain. Not only do I feel pretty stupid having not seen that myself, but Ken saved me thousands of dollars on a basement waterproofing system I didn't need. Ken has now come to my office to repair interior plumbing issues with a bidet / garbage disposal. And I've passed his number on to several friends who have had nothing but great things to say about how nice and professional (and talented) he really is. Ken does it all. If you have a problem that has anything to do with water or plumbing, or gas, Ken is your guy.
