Tom and Arsan(designer) were very punctual and informative during the bidding process. I have never dealt with a company that spent so much time during a free estimate to understand what we wanted and to explain what the possibilities were in detail - it was a terrific experience. They came out multiple times and spoke with both my wife and myself as to what we wanted and they also gave suggestions of what would look good/seamless with our house. They were very hands on and attentive in the design and drafting process and came up with excellent suggestions and were very thorough in questioning us in regards to what we wanted done and how they could achieve the wanted result. They also spent a lot of time with us during the drafting process and in picking out materials. The fact that they had an actual showroom where we could go and look at examples of products and then see them in computer drawings was extremely helpful, as well. Additionally, Tom and his team could always be reached via phone and were very punctual in getting back to you immediately. Regarding the work itself - the crews that Tom uses are top notch. I was extremely pleased with the framer, electrician, roofer, insulator, dry waller, painter, plumber and especially Brad the carpenter. All of the crews (sorry if I forgot one) were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and we are very pleased with the final product. Additionally, the project manager, Eric, was always right there giving information and working through things on a daily basis. I can't say enough great things about Eric, Brad and Tom and his teams. As good as all of the folks that we worked with from Tom's team were - a special thanks to Eric and Brad. Tom and his team worked with us throughout the project and consulted with us whenever decisions had to be made or if there was more than one option to complete a portion of the project. I really appreciated the fact that they were so communicative and kept me "in the loop" at all times. Above all, I can say that Tom and his crew are honest, hardworking and professional. I wish them the best, thank you and we will definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others! It is a pleasure to be in our new kitchen!

Everything from start to finish went well. From our first meeting with Tom, discussing all the details to the wrap up of the job was a great experience. Tom had such wonderful suggestions for colors and design we whole heartily choose all of his ideas! The men were punctual and cleaned up all debris before leaving each day - they also took special care of our landscaping which was being done at the same time! We were more than pleased with the outcome!

Everything went great - as expected. From the very first meeting with Tom (for our estimate) to the completion of the bathroom - everything ran smoothly. The project designer was very pleasant and on-target in helping us with our choices of tile, vanity, fixtures, tub, colors etc. The carpenters that came into our home were very punctual and kept everything so unbelievably neat and clean thru the transformation. I especially liked that each day, the project manager came out to inspect the work and be sure that everything was running smoothly and that we were pleased with everything. The entire bathroom was completed one day before expected final date! We could not be happier!

Due to some unseen financial difficulties, I had to cancel there service past their cancellation deadline. They was very understanding and accommodating. There service was excellence as well as their communication. I will definitely call them again when I am ready.

GREAT COMPANY. They provided a great design service, not just new cabinets. They took the kitchen down to the studs and built it to the finished kitchen. Everything was perfect. The staff was great, the designer, the office staff, project manager, and the unbelievable workman on the project. They work fast (on schedule as promised), very clean and neat, and discuss the smallest detail along the way, to be sure you are totally satisfied. I waited 6 months to do this review, to be sure that no problem appeared after construction. The designer gave a lot of thought to the design, and the staff gave a lot of effort to the project. The price was in the middle range for a good kitchen, but the quality and service was SUPERIOR. They not only built us a new kitchen, they built us a kitchen with a WOW factor. GREAT PROFESSIONAL JOB from beginning to end.

They took shortcuts. When I pulled up pockets where they are supposed to be raising the floor up, they didn't put cement inside between the joists. I complained about all these things, they charged outrageous amounts of money. They just did an inadequate job as far as unprofessional job. They did a really poor job of all of it. They even had the wrong cabinets for the kitchen. Things weren't level. They talk a really good game. They were supposed to be top notch best contractors available. The responsiveness was horrible. They argued with me over everything including the heating system. They cut a hole into the cooler. It was too tall for the basement. It all had to be done over. They would not even admit that they did something wrong. They were on time. They were there every time they said they would be there. They worked hard, but that was it. We had an excellent report with them before the work started. They were not the people they said they were.

They are the main reason why I signed up with Angie’s List. We are using them currently. Overall, I have been very happy with everything. From the quoting to the actual construction. I think that their price is very fair. They are easy to work with and their workmanship is phenomenal. I am very happy with the services provided.

While this company had some very fine workers and office personnel, my dissatisfaction stems from the quality I received for the price charged. Not only did the plumber they contracted cut the pipe to my heater, but that plumber did not get a permit to do the work! Tom from Bella Brothers tried to blame me for the lack of a permit. I am not a plumber and I would not tell a contractor not to get a permit. As witnessed by the fact that the first company's plumber, that I was going to hire, automatically applied for a permit. I did not go with that first company. After I hired Bella Brothers, the city called to determine the status of my job and the nightmare with the city began from there. Additionally that same plumber that Bella Brothers hired cut a pipe to my heater. No one told me about this problem. I found out about the pipe by accident. My heater has not worked well since then. I just had a repair company come to check it again in the Fall 2013. My heater is less than 10 years old. Additionally the pipes to my tub in my 3rd floor bathroom sprung a major leak that went through the floor to the bathroom ceiling below. The tile in the 2nd floor bathroom was poorly installed in spots. I literally had to ask the guy to do a better job. He compiled,not without resistance, but it was a discussion that should not have been necessary. A towel bar came down more than once. The final fix fell through the crack. It was still not fixed until this year by another company. The shower doors that were a special order came off their hinges so the door would not close. So will that become a continuous problem? I do not know. As an older person, I installed the shower so I could age in place for a little longer. I am now out of Bella Brothers warranty for workmanship. Although I never missed a payment, their Office hounded me for payments as though I were a deadbeat. I asked them time and time again not to do that to no avail. I would receive calls a few days before a payment was due. I was not allowed to mail the payment. Tom would have to pick it up. I have had a lot of work done at my house: roofs, fencing, new heater, etc. I have never received that kind of treatment before or since. It was humiliating. Another office assistant, Christine, was amazing and extremely helpful. Tom responded very quickly to the problems that we had with my job. So I gave him good marks in the area of responsiveness and punctuality. Professionalism was not as good because they hounded me for payments. I was very disappointed in his company for several reason and cannot recommend him because for the price I paid I deserved a quality job. I do not think I got one. I emphasized during his interview that I wanted a quality job that would be DURABLE which is why I had both bathrooms gutted. A job that would last for some time. My house is 100 years old. In many cases it has stood the test of time. I was not asking for a guarantee of that length, but I did not expect to have new bathrooms with so many problems before a year was over. I am NOT confident that after 5 years of normal wear with just 3 adults using the main bathroom that this bathroom will stand the test of time. The shower doors needed repair in 2012. I had the towel bar re-installed for the 2nd time. So hopefully it will stay fixed. I was afraid to change the bar because it is on the tile. Then I might have problems with the tile. It just goes on and on. The pipes of the tub leaking and the shower doors are a major components of my bathrooms. The damage to my heater? I do not even know what to say about that. As far as I am concerned Bella Brothers was responsible for getting subcontractors that could do a quality job. That is what I paid to get.

Hi, Tom! I never thought I could love my bathroom so much! The work that all your guys have done, expertly managed by Eric, is miraculous. I must say that Dom and Drew are a Dream Team. I looked forward to their cheerful arrival every day, confident that their experience and talents would transform my bathroom. The white subway tile looks GORGEOUS, especially with the dark grout. My old floor tile looks much improved as well, with their diligent application of grout stain. Dom and Drew were ready to go the extra mile with never a complaint, including shaving down my wooden doors so I could actually close them again. And a real surprise was when they brought in a curved shower curtain rod to replace my former straight one - I absolutely love it!! Good call. When they left each day, they thoroughly cleaned up any mess, and always filled me in on what to expect for the next day. So I just wanted you to know how delighted I am, once again. I can't imagine going through any renovation without Bella Brothers! If only I had another room to tear apart! I hope you'll have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. All my best, Trudy

The designer made wonderful suggestions after listening to our requests. His plan was wonderful. The project manager came often to coordinate the project and get our feedback on its progress. He promised attention to any of our needs after completion but we really don't think we will need to have him return but we would be happy to see him again and to work with him and the excellent staff @ Bella Brothers! The workers were on time every day. They did their work in a professional manner. Everything was done so well and exactly as planned. They kept everything covered everyday so that nothing in the bedroom was disturbed. They were courteous and were very pleasant to have in our home. When they finished, they cleaned everything in the bathroom and left nothing disturbed in our home or outside. We love our new bathroom!

Bella Bros came out for the estimate on time & with nice ideas, provided the estimate timely and worked with me on adjusting to help reduce costs. They have an on site show room and a designer that works with you as part of the contract to pick out your selections. He was very helpful in making choices that I loved in the end result. There was some mix-up on scheduling the start date but once it was determined they arrived as planned and were there everyday as expected, always working the same hours. It was nice & productive that the same 2 workers were assigned the whole time. They were very professional, friendly and consulted me as needed. They always were diligent in putting down tarps and covers to protect the rest of the house. They cleaned up every day and left very clean work spaces. They also worked with me on a schedule so I would always have access to one working bathroom which was kind of essential. Their work quality was excellent. They worked fast and produced great results. Both bathrooms came out fantastic. The tile work is top notch with a lot of attention to the details. The rest of the repairs look really good too. They were great with little details too such as creating easy to reach access panel for such things as the water filter in the laundry room ceiling. They had estimated 3 1/2-4 weeks for the work and completed it exactly in 3 weeks. They were a bit on the higher side cost wise but I felt it was worth it especially given the quality of the work, the timeliness and the great working relationship. They also were very willing to work on the costs so don't hesitate to do so. Their perspective was I should get what I wanted which they delivered on and made it an easy experience while doing so. You can't go wrong with a company like that. I would definitely consider them again for any future work.

They were very personable and prompt. They would always clean up for themselves. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We would definitely hire them again.

I spoke with the company,and explained what some of the problems were. An appt. was made for 7/1/2013. On 7/1/2013 the secretary called at 9am and stated they would be here at 1pm. I stated that they may need their umbrella as it was raining heavily , and they may need to look at the outside of the window. At 11:15 am there was a message to call them. I called,and was told they would not be coming. The job was more than they could do ,and they were busy. I tried explaining to the secretary,nothing was emergent,nor had anything changed since I spoked with the company on the initial Monday. She said it didn't matter,that they were busy. Obviously, I would never recommend this company. Shabby way to conduct a business!

The project went well, a little slow as there were only 2 people working, but well worth it. Four years later we are having minor problems, some of the products are under a lifetime warranty. I have made numerous calls to have someone come out and make necessary repairs. No response unless I call back. I was told that it is a small company and they do not have an automated computer system. Since they have moved, all their files are in the RAFTERS and she would need a 10 foot ladder to get up to them and find them since it has been 4 years. OK-so it has been a month and still no call, no one has come out to even look at the problem. At this point I am willing to pay for whatever needs to be done. We needed our kitchen done and were going to use them, but now definitely not. Nice people, bad customer service skills.

My air conditioner condenser overflowed and caused damage to the ceiling in one of my bedrooms. I also wanted to remodel the master bath in my home. Bella Brothers came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Tom from Bella brothers came to my home to look at the job. He said that he would email me a estimate early the next week. That time came and went with no estimate. I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she was sorry and that Tom was very busy. I called a couple more times and got the same answer that Tom was busy. Finally I called and asked that Tom call me so that this could be resolved or if I should move on if he didn't want to do the job. It is now 8/19/13 and still no reply or estimate. I don't know how a company can be so busy that they can't give estimates. If he didn't want the job all he had to say was that he wasn't interested instead of me wasting 20 days time waiting for him.

Our experience was great! Bella Brothers did a fantastic job with our master bathroom and guest bath. Tom set us up with a designer who listened to what we wanted and helped us pick our selections. The construction team was prompt and neat. The work they did was above any standards I could have imagined. I would recommend Bella Brothers Construction to anyone looking for true professionals.

I have the most beautiful kitchen thanks to Bella Brothers. The work took about 1 1/2 weeks to complete. The team was extremely knowledgable. One of the most important things I appreciated was the respect of my home. We all know it's hard to open your house up to complete strangers and I am surprised at the level of comfort I had with these guys. I will hire them again and again for any other projects I have in the future!!

It was a OK experience. In the end I might hire them for something smaller.

Being this was the first time we have done a remodel of this scale we were intimidated. We had met with three contractors for estimates but didn't feel good about any of them. Then we met with Tom. Honestly he's the reason we went with Bella Brothers. Their quote was higher than the others but we felt Tom and Bella Brothers would deliver what we wanted, when we wanted it. . We had recently suffered a death in the family and the son of the deceased needed a place to live but the house was in some disrepair from old water damage, age and general neglect so getting this job done quickly was a top priority. We met Tom and his team at his office the same day he came out to our home for the estimate. He and his designer Arsan walked us through the process and all of the options. We signed a contract that day. Work began on the job a week later and progressed quickly, The crew was on time everyday and worked fast and clean. The job progressed so quickly that the only delays were caused by our own inability to make decisions about the placement of the island, what color hardwood for the floor, what color the back splash would be, etc. The kitchen was completed ahead of schedule and the side work on the second floor was completed soon after with a few visits in the following weeks to address some small finishing issues. Today we have a great new kitchen/family room that's the envy of the neighborhood and upstairs plumbing that works! Will definitely call Bella Brothers for our next project. Thanks to Tom, Eric, Arsan, the work crew and the girls in the office.

Came out to preform a bathroom remodel for me. My bathroom looks like a funhouse. Nothing is centered in my bathroom. Rather than relocate the drain, he just left the drain as it was which makes things off center. The light is centered on the wall but the vanity is off set. All he needed to do was additional work with the drains and center them. He installs stuff no aesthetics what so ever. The work crew is sparse. The job should've taken 10 days max. it took him 26 days. Not clean when he works. Hired out subcontractors. He is the worst. Do not use.

After years of putting off the task of a full kitchen renovation, we finally decided it was time to update and get rid of the 1960's version of a kitchen that we were using. We also wanted to knock down the wall between our Dining Room and Kitchen and have a breakfast bar instead. Since we have never had work of this magnitude done before, we were extremely cautious about making sure that we picked the right company. We called 2 other local contractors, but they left us feeling less than confident. While driving, we saw a Bella Brothers work van. Once home we visited the website to view pictures of their work and read testimonials. We immediately made an appointment for an estimate. Tom came to our house, listened to our ideas and gave us some of his. He worked with us to make sure that we stayed within our budget. Within days we were in the showroom in Bensalem picking out cabinets, granite, flooring, backsplash, etc... The idea of only having to go to their showroom to pick out everything was a very big appeal. We were not interested in driving around to different stores to pick out each item. We wanted one stop shopping for all of our needs. That meeting wasn't just professional, Tom and Kathy made it personal as well. During the renovations, we met with their designer Arsan who led us in the right direction to ensure that all of the colors/choices would flow together and bring our vision to light. The crew was always on time. There wasn't a day that went by that the crew was not at our home working towards our goal. We were amazed that you could actually see so much progress when they left each day. Brad, Tom Jr. and Eric were so easy to work with. Our beautiful kitchen is finished and it is nothing short of amazing! Our only regret is that we didn't contact Bella Brothers sooner. Not only do they have our recommendation, but they also will be the first and only call we will make for any future projects.

Excellent I contacted Bella Brothers in June of 2012 (this was the first contractor that I contacted). The office associates were extremely pleasant and helpful. I made an appointment for an initial quote. Tom was on time, professional, courteous, and attentive during this walk through. I received the initial quote within the time frame promised. In August of 2012 I contacted Bella Brothers again for an exact quote. During the initial quote we were unsure of the extent of the termite damage on the rear wall (which turned out to be extensive). We spoke again about the repairs, and the damage on the back wall. Tom offered suggestions on the rear wall. Originally there were 3 windows, but as all of the framing had to be redone Tom suggested putting in 4 windows to let more natural light in which would help open up the room. We decided to take this suggestion and we are pleased we did. At this time we agreed to have Bella Brothers do the repairs. On August 8th we finalized all the necessary paperwork and the repairs began (within 3 days). I was contacted 1-2 times per week to receive updates on the repairs. We agreed that the work would be done in 6 weeks, however ALL of the repairs including the hardwood floors were done before that.

Bella Brothers was the BEST man for the job! They gave us our home back plus more and we are truly grateful. Overall experience was pleasant, punctual and positive!

Overall went very well from start to finish. Granite countertops do add time to the total job, be advised.

Excellent. We had used Bella Brothers in the past for another major project (putting in a new bathroom) so knew how trustworthy they are. Tom gave a very fair estimate (close to the big granite counter top people who are not as personal) and we scheduled the work to be done while we were away on vacation as we were without a kitchen for 5 days. We went to the showroom to choose our granite and had many choices in our "moderate" price range. The work was done completely while we were away and finished in time. A faucet needed to be selected while we were away and I completely trusted them to make a nice choice, which they did. They result is fantastic - we love our updated kitchen. It looks beautiful. Work was done quickly for a good price by a company we trust to be in our house while we are on vacation!
