Appliance Ace Repair Service

I called about my dryer smelling like burning when I run it yesterday evening. I got a call back later that day and was told a technician would call in the morning. The technician, Bill, called in the morning and gave me a time window. He called when he was on the way, to give me a 30 minute heads up. He showed up on time and cleaned the vent, pipe and dryer and showed me how to take off and clean the vent that is outside my house. I am impressed with the communication and overall experience. Will definitely call again when I have an appliance issue.

It went great from the first phone call until he walked out the door. I had no knowledge of this company, found it on the internet and it had a local number...I am done with companies with 1800 number. I want to give local providers my business. He called first thing, came when he said he would and with a little extra time, he was able to get it all done in one day. I am thrilled with the service and will tell everyone of my friends about this company.
