8/9/2024-Patrick and 3 other guys came today and hauled away our upright piano. It was a heavy item, and although there were no steps involved, but it was a tight space in our laundry room. Patrick and his team had to lift the piano up in the air and carry it passed the washer and laundry tub (the exact way the other movers brought it in when we moved into this house some years back). He also took away couple of shower doors and its trims for few extra bucks. Patrick was a hands-on team leader, very friendly, honest and made sure that they put all the stuff back where they belonged in the room. Jerry initially scheduled the project with me over the phone, and kept me well-informed about Patrick's arrival time. These guys are not only professional, but also very reasonably priced, and does the job right in the first place. Will I use them again? You bet I will! Very, very pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and friendly attitude. I filled up one side of my garage with household bulk items (a sofa, two large rugs, a desk, and some random small trash). They sent a driver out to collect my stuff in less than an hour. Everything was taken and then swept up nicely underneath. The service and response time was excellent. The price wasn’t the absolute cheapest but was fair given speed and quality. I will definitely call them in the future.

My job uses AAR for junk removal for large jobs and I called AAR on short notice to remove trash from my yard. The owner got back to me in a timely manner and was able to quote me from a picture I sent over. The price was fair and in my budget and they came out the same day to remove my trash. The job was fairly small and they were in and out in minutes but they didn't make me feel as though I wasting their time for such a small job. I would highly recommend AAR for all your junk needs.
