Alex gave me a price below everybody else and the work was started the next day. They removed a 60+ foot tree, stacked the fire wood and cleaned up everything.

While they completed the original scope of work very well, I needed the gutters cleaned which was a sizable additional charge. I thought it would be worth it, but during the recent rain, I had a waterfall in the middle of the roof. NOT GOOD

All three workers worked very hard. Left the yard free of tree scraps and stacked wood as asked. Each time that I approached workers with additional instruction, they were very accommodating.

Alex gave a price well under all the others. His team was fast and cleaned up everything. He gave an estimate in the evening and did the project the next day. I saved a lot of cash and was very impressed with his crew.

Asked for listing and thinning of trees and they absolutely butchered my tree . Cut so many large branches at the trunk and left no leaves or shade for our back yard. Looks bad and I stopped them half way from cutting any more.

We hired Alex's Tree Service and scheduled them to come out on Tuesday 9/19 at 11:00. I called him about 12:00 to find out his estimated time of arrival and he said 2:30. When we did not hear from him so we called him again and rescheduled for Wednesday between 12:30 and 1:00. Wednesday morning I receive a text from Alex at 9:13 a.m. (four hours before the agreed time), saying, I am at the house starting your job now. This is not the home in which we reside, so now we need to travel to the home. I informed him my husband will be there as soon as possible. When my husband arrives, he notices that Alex took down the fence which divides our property from the public property. He also removed bushes that he was informed not to remove. When I contacted him about these issues, he was very matter of fact, stating that there is nothing he can do about the bushes and he took the fence down and took the wood away. I will need to see what my options are on this company making whole with the fence and possibly the bushes that should not have been removed. I cannot recommend nor will I use Alex Tree Service again.

They came out the day I put in the request, did the estimate and job that day. I could not be happier with their service.

A SUPER job. They even cleaned up when done. Plan to hire them again, not sure when.
