This was one of the single worst experiences I've ever had. This company reglazed my bathtub before I moved into my condo. They failed to properly strip and sand the bathtub so after a few months the paint began to peel off in huge sheets. This caused a massive clog in the drain that required an emergency plumber. ADR kept insisting that the clog was from hair and wasn't their fault even after the plumber wrote up a report verifying that the clog was from the paint. They came back to "fix" the initial job and blamed everything from the humidity, to my cleaning supplies (I use all organic cleaners and nothing harsh), to the tub having water in it from the clog before they finally admitted to having done a bad job. The second time they came back to reglaze the tub they left both my bathroom and my hallway covered in paper and tape. I called them to find out when they were planning to come back and clean it up and I was told to clean it up myself. Despite the massive amounts of tape they used, they still managed to get paint all over the tile. I spent 45 minutes cleaning up their mess. They also broke my toilet, and managed to get huge drip marks all along the outside and inside of the tub. They left cracks and indentations and missed painting several spots. Carlos was condescending, dishonest, and blatantly misogynistic towards me. He refused to fix the shoddy work even after acknowledging what a poor job it was. He attempted to intimidate me by cornering me in my small bathroom and raising is voice at me while his face was about two inches from mine. This company does horrible work and will not treat you with an ounce of professionalism. If you are a woman living alone, please DO NOT allow them in your house as I feel it is very unsafe!

Horrible experience. They were the worst company I've ever dealt with. They have empolyees that don't speak English and don't understand English. The owner/s are unprofessional and couldn't care less about the quality of the work being done. Called for new house to be painted throughout. I picked the colors and even painted the color of each room onto the wall so they would know what paint went where since I couldn't really communicate with them. They never properly prepped the walls, they painted the wrong colors in several of the rooms, they used the wrong base on the trim work and even spilled pain all over the newly finished hardwood floors. They smoked while working; they smoked cigarettes and marijuana! They were NEVER on time and somedays didn't show up at all. They were messy and so unprofessional. When I called to complain to the owner, Roxann, she couldn't even be bothered listening to me. She was too busy defending her workers and herself! This woman is outrageous and so doesn't get it! Her wokers ruined my house and she was somehow trying to shift the blame to me. She offered to send out a "better" crew to fix things up. Well, that was even worse! More employees who didn't speak English and couldn't paint to save their lives. Forget it. By the way, they paint so shoddy that they have colors running into each other in every room. And, the trim completely peeled off within just a few weeks. I was told by another painter they not only used the wrong paint but they never properly prepped any of the walls or trim. He couldn't believe what he saw! He said it was one of the worst paint jobs he'd ever seen in his 30 plus years of painting. He said the best thing he could tell me was to just start all over again from scratch. He said it would require more work this time because he would have to strip the walls bare so they could properly be prepped for the new paint. It would cost a fortune and not be an easy job. I didn't have the money to spare and so I've just lived with this HORRIBLE paint job. ADR SERVICES is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. They shouldn't be allowed to even have a license to call themselves PAINTERS. Pick up a paintbrush and get a "dummies" paint book and do it yourself! I guarantee you'll do a better job than them. The owner/s, ROXANN and DON are a disgrace and an insult to the industry. Steer clear of these jokesters!

I don't know I would even begin. They held up our move in date by two weeks. The spanish speaking painters had a difficult time understanding or speaking to us. We made sure the owner knew what we wanted and yet a disaster! They switched colors in some of our rooms, used the wrong kind of paint on the trim, spilled paint on our hardwood floors, rolled joints in our upstairs bathroom and left our house a complete mess. When we complained to the owner, Roxane, she said she was too busy to come out and take a look but would send one of her "better" painters to come out and fix things up. It was even worse! I wouldn't refer this company to anyone. I wouldn't even let them paint my dog-house. They are horrible, expensive, unprofessional and deserve an "F" across the board.

Terrible experience. I moved into brand new condo and hired this company to paint. The owner comes in for initial appointment to check out the house, then runs an estimate, and then books you. I have a 652 sq foot place with 12 1/2 ft ceilings. He had 3 Spanish-speaking only guys to come and do the work. There were so many missed spots and drippings. They said they put 2 coats, but you can't put 2 coats in 1 day w/o allowing the paint to cure! Not only that, when I came home I found paint dumped in my bathroom and tub sink. There was paint was splattered on my shower curtain, tile floor. I was quite displeased and called the owner right away to give feedback and made a punchlist of the corrections and do overs. The 3 guys came again, and when through the punch list, but the one of the guys fell on the floor from the top of the ladder and dumped paint all over my hardwood floors, granite counter top, shoes, and sofa. The owner came immediately when I told him of this. I had to provide 1st aid care, and the owner was so cold, and unapologetic. It took them 3 hours to clean up the mess and finish the rest of the job which was very rushed. I told him that I refused to pay the 2nd half of estimate and he used high pressure sale saying that I couldn't do that legally. It wasn't right of me. He said they did what they were supposed to do, paint and go over the punch list. I even asked if he would pay for the laundry bill of the sofa cover and he refused saying that it was clean. It was my most horrific experience as a first time homeowner. I think I would rather spend $1200 for the peace of mind, professionalism, and a high quality job. Even the painters themselves were complaining about their boss. Don't use them unless you are desparate to save $$$ and don't care about the quality of the service.

THEY DID NOT USE FORMS TO MAKE THE CONCRETE UNIFORM, BUT LET IT RUN OUT INTO MY GRASS AND FLOWER BED. THE TEXTURE WAS REALLY ROUGH, AND I DID NOT FEEL SAFE WALKING ON IT. THE SECTIONS OF THE SIDEWALK WERE NOT THE SAME SIZE. IT WAS AWFUL!

WHEN HE REMOVED THE THREE EQUAL-SIZED BLOCKS, HE REPLACED THEM WITH THREE DIFFERENT SIZED BLOCKS WHICH LOOKS TERRIBLE. WHEN HE POURED THE CONCRETE, HE DID NOT USE ANY FORMS AND THE CONCRETE RAN 4 INCHES ONTO THE PATIO AND THE GRASS. THEY ALSO CRACKED A CORNER OF A DOG HOUSE. WHEN I HAVE CALLED FOR THIS TO BE CORRECTED, THE PHONE IS ANSWERED IN VERMONT. THE PEOPLE TELL ME THEY WILL GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE. HE TELLS THE PEOPLE IN VERMONT THAT THE JOB IS FINISHED, BUT IT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT. I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO CORRECT THIS LOUSY WORK.
