Installation and service provided was outstanding. Quick, actually fun transaction. Brian Dolan was so much fun to talk to and the service provided was exceptional with great communication. Duplicate keys were not provided at the time of service, but I was surprised to see a reduction in my bill because he had forgotten to make them - not only that, but when I called about the keys - they offered to have the keys made...free of charge...and send them to me....again, free of charge. I cannot say enough about this company - highly recommended and suggest that you go no where else. P.s. You might also get a good laugh from Brian - I sure did!!

Brian was great! He was very punctual and professional when first coming to change all the locks in my house. He also kept me in close communication while he was researching and procuring the best replacement door handle for my odd shaped porch door and he was quick to finish the job. Was able to schedule very quickly, came out on a Sunday night before Labor Day! Very knowledgeable, changed all the key locks and had to replace a few deadbolts to make all locks on the same key. Even made a few extra keys for us. I will use in the future and have given Brian's information to coworkers and friends that are looking for a locksmith. A+

Communication was great. They were stuck in traffic and called to let me know they would be a few minutes late. They were nice and professional, clean and got right to work. I would definitely use them again.

Provider came within 60 minutes of our call and this was at dinner time. He removed malfunctioning door handle and replaced it with a perfectly good used one that he had in his truck. Provider was courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. Would recommend him for any locksmith needs.

Mr. Dolan came and replaced a back door lock. This project took a while as the original lock only locked from the inside and we needed one to lock from the outside. Mr. Dolan kept us informed about the availability as this had to be ordered. He was great and I highly recommend him and his company.

We lost a set of keys, and after a day of searching we came to the sad realization that they were not coming back. We felt our safety was compromised. We called A&A Dolan Locksmiths and within an hour or so Bryan Dolan arrived and fixed our problem. He installed new locks and cut new keys. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Bryan was friendly, accommodating and very professional. We HIGHLY recommend A&A Dolan.

My storm door had locked and I couldn't get in or out so I looked on Angie's list for a lock smith and I found A & A Dolan. I called and they said they would call back to get my information (I guessed they were driving!) Brian called back 20 mins later and said he would be there within the hour. He was true to his word. Brian and his son came and assessed the lock. He dismantled it sprayed it with lubricant and put it back together. The lock still would not work. He said he would contact pella to get a replacement but he did advise that pella locks are not always available for older door. I was confident he knew how to fix the problem. I was very satisfied went he came back and replaced the lock. I also had an issue with the back door that only locks from the inside. He is looking into getting a lock. I would recommend this company as Brian is very personable and kept me informed throughout the process.

Brian went above and beyond to get me into my vehicle after I had locked my keys inside. He displayed integrity and professionalism in providing an estimated time of arrival (which was considerably late for a weeknight). He worked to open the car which took about 30 minutes. I have seen a locksmith do this with my car in what seemed like less time, but what mattered most to me here was the end result. During that time, he humored me as I stood by, which I can't say I minded if faced with that or idle chitchat in this situation. He also displayed a good amount of knowledge about different car models he has had experience with in the past and offered specific information about my vehicle. I did have some scratches on my driver's-side lock/unlock button from the tool that he used to unlock it, but I view that as a minor consequence. However, if you have reservations about this kind of outcome, I would check with the company first to inquire about a tool that is less abrasive. My car is several years old and certainly has other interior scratches to show its age. After he successfully opened my driver side door, he wiped off my car of any fingerprints and was on his way.

I called Brian from Dolan Locksmiths to make some keys for me. I had tried to get these made at 2 local big box hardware stores and they were made incorrectly and unusable. I met Brian at a prearranged place and he quickly made the keys for me. They worked perfectly. He is polite, professional and responsive person - quickly responded to my request. I have arranged to have him do a big job for me in the next few weeks. I am glad I found him and would highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs.

First they came to my house on a Saturday which I thought was very accomodating. They arrived on-time, probably even a few minutes early as their truck was waiting in my driveway when I came downstairs. When I greeted Mr. Nolan at my door he was very friendly and even apologized for being a little early. After I explained what had to be done, rekeying three locks, he got right to work and was finished is less that an hour. He then presented me with a bill that I thought was very fair and after introducing me to his son (his partner/helper), giving me a big smile and a hardy handshake he was on his way. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I ordered online new locksets for 3 doors in my home and needed them rekeyed. I contact Dolan locksmiths and arranged to meet them to have this done. The work was done quickly, very professionally and at a very good price. I would highly recommend them. They answered my call right away and were cooperative in the arrangements.

I received a call from my mother that she came home from work and her back door has been torn apart and someone robbed her house. She was in a state of panic, naturally. Upon the police leaving, who were there to investigate, I hopped on Angies List to find a locksmith to fix the door. It was a Friday night at 5pm so I knew it was a long shot to get someone to come out right away. There was no method to finding a provider, I simply called the first few who popped up on the list. After calling two other companies who claim to have "24 emergency service" (they both pretty much laughed when I asked if someone could come out right then), I called A & A Dolan. Brian was in route to go home when he answered the phone, as expected for A Friday night @5. I explained the situation and he turned around to come back 10 miles out of his way to my mothers house to check out the door. Not only did he fix the door that was damaged but he had a new lockset installed as well!!!! In addition, he spent some time talking with us and I feel his calm demeanor and personality calmed down my mom who was in a fearful state of mind given the circumstances. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and the quality of work. These guys obviously offer first class customer service!!!! I cant thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!

Having just purchased the house, I found that 9/10 times I could not unlock the front door deadbolt. Also, the entrance to the house from the garage had 2 locks, both using different keys, and neither one the same key that opened the front door. Brian changed all 3 locks and now one key can open all. Brian also made 3 extra keys at a very reasonable cost (less than at the big box home stores). Traffic delayed his arrival by a little bit, but he called to let me know he was on his way. He is a super nice guy as well as being very professional. I had a great experience, and now have piece of mind that comes with knowing that my home is secure.
