From estimate, to consultation, to execution of the job, Coleman Tree Services was excellent to work with. Bob was soft-spoken and professional in every conversation with me, AND, the man knows his trees and what to do with them. Their crew showed up on time in the morning and got down to business. My tree was very large and very dead, so the guys had to take apart this tree in pieces -- top to bottom. Their excellent lead man in their "bucket truck," Mark, was obviously thoroughly experienced at his craft. I got a serious sunburn while watching him work, because it was so impressive to see the art + science + patience that he displayed while taking care to protect my house, my neighbor's property, as well as a close-by cable line. Here's the bottom line: They're not as big a company as a few other tree contractors in the area, but that, to me, was a PLUS! I could actually negotiate a few extra tasks while the guys were there with all their equipment. And they brought all the heavy equipment you would expect from a serious tree service company. Also, the guys did a very thoughtful clean-up all throughout the tree cutting process, and especially after they finished. Finally, the crew -- all six of them that worked my job that day -- were very polite, approachable, and professional. I could not have been more pleased. I'll definitely call them again.
