These guys are VERY nice and prompt. We had contacted Lowes for issues with our refrigerator not staying cold. Lowe's dispatched these fellows and by the time they arrived, the issue resolved. They gave us their card and said to give them a call directly first if it happens again. Well, we had to call them again and rest assured the problem was diagnosed as a faulty control board. We did need to make another call to Lowes for them to dispatch a service with parts and when the item came in, they guys called, came that very day and got my frig running like a champ! They were there when they said they would be.......that's great!

Previously they worked on the same dishwasher well over a year ago. Good price and service. I think they left a dirty paper towel behind, not exactly professional, but otherwise great.

They came out twice and were they do not do anything to fix the refrigerator. They did not resolve any issues with the refrigerator.

There is not much to tell here... The service call was pretty routine... I called their store. The guy explained when he could come over. We agreed on a time. He showed up, investigated the drainage problem with the dishwasher, and went on to his next service call.

They were good and the machine worked a long time after they fixed it. Their final price was a little higher than they estimated but there was more work than they anticipated. I will use them again in the future.
