My usual water bill (about $125/quarter) had become about $350. AFTER Terrry Perryman's work, the next quarter's bill was about $700. It turned out the leak was just after the replacement (at the out building), where the ground was obviously wet. I asked him to come and fix again, but was given no discount, or even an apology. Unacceptable. Furthermore, they were not even able to do the actual plumbing. I had to get another plumber to come and plumb in their hole. They cost me another $600 directly and I had to pay the new plumber $900. I said no harsh words nor did I get angry, but received no apology, discount or other. Steer clear of these guys.
Description of Work: After identifying a leak underground, another plumber, who did not do digging work, listed some names to consider. One was Terry Perryman. I asked him simply to identify and fix the leak underground between my house and an outbuilding. He and his team did not show up the Monday morning as promised, but called about 1PM to say it would be the next day. I could not be present, but was fine with that. They then dug up the whole line to replace it, which I was not expecting, but was potentially justifiable. It cost about $1500 for this work, which worsened the problem.
