He came by and we told them the problem, he did a good and thorough job and clean up after themselves, efficient, reliable and very professional. It looks like a brand new refrigerator again.

Appointment was for 11AM. Called about 12:30PM and left Voicemail. Finally called about 4PM to say they were on their way. Service was sketchy. Had to return to correct a mistake.

He came, fixed the washer, pricey.

The repairs gave us a whole new washer. Great guy, personable, and very reasonably priced. Not only would I heartily recommend him and call him again, I would not consider calling anyone else. Any downside? Well, as you would expect, a guy this good is also BUSY, so you may need to schedule him a few days out. It's worth the wait.

We are selling our home and encountered a sudden issue with our gas range. We were under a lot of time pressure to get it fixed. We reached out to Skip Holderman's Appliance repair based on the very strong reviews on Angie's List. Donna was able to set up an appointment very quickly. Skip arrived right on time and was able to quickly fix the problem. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely call him again if I have an additional repair work.

Service was perfect - from intake of call to completion of the task.

After thorough check, the oven appeared to be working correctly.

This is the second time Mr. Holderman has been to my home. I thought I had done a review for the time he repaired my dryer, but I hadn't. Both times Mr. Holderman was prompt, efficient and took time to show me how to avoid certain problems in the future. My dryer has worked perfectly since his repair and I'm sure the washer will be the same way. I recommend him highly.

Skip was punctual, pleasant, lots of discussion about the issues. The drier works way better. It is still not perfect, but after our discussion, I reckon it is clear the remaining inefficiencies are in the outflow pipe and he recommended people who could help fix that. It was great for me to see the whole machine in pieces so I could see for my self what was working and what was not. Skip also told me that Angie's List was asking him for money to get him #1 on the list. If that's really true, I am so disappointed Angie. Let us vote him up or down, not $$$$. The point of the internet is to empower we the people, to let us identify service provides who are excellent (like Skip), not those dishing out kickbacks. Sigh.

I really liked Skip and will use him again, in the future.

Excellent service all the way from initial telephone call. Skip helped me diagnose the problem over the phone so that he could order the part without an unnecessary trip. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He obviously knew what he was doing and was very familiar with this washer and this particular problem. While he had the washer open to replace the seal, he also cleaned out the pump drain, which was pretty nasty and clearly the cause of the odor we sometimes smelled coming from the washer. I definitely will call Skip if I need appliance repair in the future.

He arrived early for the appointment, spent some time discussing the symptoms, removed the casing and found the problem right away. He explained the problems and showed me the evidence inside the dryer. He had the necessary part on the truck and repaired it right away. He tested the dryer to make sure the symptom disappeared after the repair and that it would still heat. He also let me know that he had the necessary parts to repair a 32 yr. old Maytag Washer that was still running, but would eventually quit. That was helpful since most likely I would have assumed that parts would not be available. Skip did a great repair job, but also educated me in the process about what to look for when other symptoms appear.

On time, friendly and knows his stuff. Was very pleasant to work with with and will keep his contact information for any future issues. Would HIGHLY recommend Skip's services!

Called skip on the phone and got the answering machine but he was very quick to respond. He sounded very positive professional and pleasant on the phone. I explained the problem of how only the bake function on the stove wasn't working. We made an appointment. He was very prompt diagnosed the problem quickly that the element needed replaced. He did not have one on his truck and ordered one for us. There was no charge at that point. He called the next day the element was 71.00 and the total price would be 161.00. I thought the price was a little high but told him to go ahead. When he got the part he called and we made an appt to finish the job. Once again very prompt quick and professional and he cleaned everything. I do feel the price should have been 10 or 20 dollars less seeing as I later found the element cheaper than his price. But I would recommend and use his services again.

Skip called me within an hour or so of my initial call, which was on Saturday. He asked if I would be ok with my refrigerator not working properly if he could wait until Monday. I told him it was. He came promptly at the time we agreed on Monday. Diagnized the problem quickly, made the repair and cleaned up afterwards. He was friendly, explained things well, and worked very efficiently.

I think very highly of him and I encourage people to use him because I think he is very, very reliable. He is very prompt, very fair, does really good work, and doesn't overcharge. He can repair any kitchen appliance you can think of.

Skip was great came and repaired our freezer. He knows his stuff. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
