What a fantastic job Red Hot Carpet Cleaning did in our apartment. We have wall to wall beige carpeting that was really dirty and smelled awful due to a sick cat. It now looks like new and the smells are gone! I will never use anybody else for our carpet cleaning. I highly, highly recommend them. Every treatment performed was thoroughly explained as to why it was needed and what the results would be. We had to pay extra because of the cat urine treatment and it was worth every penny! He was prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. Most importantly, the carpet is very clean! If you life anywhere near State College, PA, you must use them!

I just had my carpets cleaned by Red Hot and I can't believe what a great job they did. I had 3 cats who passed in the last year, so you know what that meant! Lot's of vomiting. I also have a dog who occasionally vomits and once had an episode of the squirts while we were at work. Add to that, grandkids who spill despite my best efforts at prevention. Needless to say my carpets were a mess and I was embarrassed to have guests. I have used other firms and so thought that some of the stains were permanent, but Red Hot has made my carpets look brand new. Honestly. It's pretty amazing given what they looked like before! I highly recommend them. I called and had an appointment within two days, Nevin was prompt and efficient and the cost was very reasonable.I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service!

He is extremely knowledgeable about the different types of carpet and upholstery fabrics and he takes a great deal of care and precision in assessing the needs of the customer, followed by a thorough, top-notch cleaning. You will love the look and feel of your carpets and upholstery, as well as the resulting fresh scent throughout your home. A little pricier than other carpet cleaning businesses, but ultimately worth it.

He manages the moving of all furniture for comprehensive cleaning, then returns the furniture precisely where it was originally located - but includes pads or plastic to ensure no residual damage from the interaction of furniture with moist carpeting.
