The fact that they came out, went up on our roof and determined to be a ridge vent leak and then fixed it within two weeks is admirable. All indications are they did a great job...no leaks!

I first hired J and E to repair my asphalt roof that was damaged, they showed up in the rain on a Saturday morning to fix the roof. I then got a quote to replace the roof with metal and hired them. They were great with emails and phone calls and came the week they said they would be there. The work is first rate and their price is fair. I would hire them again for any roof repair/installation.

I am selling a FSBO house and needed some minor flashing repair and roof rafter reinforcement. I submitted my Home Advisor request on a Sunday afternoon and Elmer called me early the next morning to schedule a visit. Elmer and John (brother/owners) arrived, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable estimate, and got to work. Because I gave enough details in the description of the work I needed done, they arrived already having bought the needed lumber and supplies the day before. (I give extra credit when a repair crew arrives with the needed parts; instead of having to shop for them during the repair visit.) They got the job done in a short amount of time (two hours), explained everything, and even accepted one of my suggestions on the reinforcement technique. Very polite, arrived on time, cleaned up, and sent invoice promptly. I would definitely recommend and hire them again for roofing work.

J & E Structures LLC is an exceptional company. I live in New York and I own a 1,960 foot split level home in State College, PA. In February 2017 , the insurance company (Geico) associated with my mortgage company (Chase Bank) contacted me about several small infractions associated with the building (mold on roof, tree touching building and an 18 inch patched crack on side of house caused by an earthquake on the East Coast several years ago. I contacted J & E Structures LLC and they completed all the required work: 1. Removed mold from roof, "AFTER REMOVING THE SNOW". 2. Trimed Tree which was touching house 3. Cleaned and repaired the gutters 4. Elmer, manager, wrote a letter for the insurance company stating that the patched crack did not affect the house. The building is structurally sound. 5. Elmer took pictures of the completed work. I quickly forwarded them to Geico. Within a week, Geico's insurance investigator reexamined the infractions, approved the work, and reinstated my home owner's insurance policy. J & E Structures LLC is an excellent company that does outstanding work. Note: Ask for Elmer. He is a complete Professional: does exceptional work , is responsive, and is courteous on the phone.
