Description of Work: We have used Don Gilmore construction on multiple occasions. The first in 2004 was for an extensive remodeling/addition to a ranch style house, built into a hillside. Gilmore construction did a complete remode/makeover of the kitchen area, dining room, living room area, followed by residing the entire house and a new roof. The home went from a 3 bedroom, one bathroom house to almost twice the floor space and 2 and half baths. In doing the remodel, several areas of wood rot were uncovered and completely repaired. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The crew was extremely polite and easy to work with. They also made changes to accommodate handicap features. In 2007, the second use was on a different home where remodeling of a bathroom and the makeover of a back patio was needed to make a house handicap accessible. Again, the workmanship was very good and exceeded expectations. The third, most recent usage was installation of new counter tops and replacement of a window in a kitchen. Don Gilmore made sure to let us know the exact schedule of the installation and when problems arose, he was very prompt in rectifying them. The company who made the counter top had an error of 1 inch in the dimensions; Don made sure to get them to make the new version in record time. The final installation was of exceptional quality.
