The whole process, from beginning to end, was very professional and friendly. We contacted Scott (the owner) on Monday morning (10/26), and left a message to return our call. Within the hour, he returned our call, then came to look at the job that same day. He gave us an estimate before leaving. He didn't pressure us to buy his system, and he didn't criticize his competitors. We discussed the price that evening, then contacted Scott to go ahead with the install. He told us that he had to order the system and would install it as soon as he received it. We expected that it would be a couple of weeks before the installation would be complete. To our surprise, Scott called us on Thursday (10/29) to inform us that the system arrived and he could install it the next day. He arrived early on Friday morning, and the system was up and running by noon. Before leaving, Scott told us to call him anytime if we had any questions or problems. We know that he meant what he said--he's a man of his word. We enthusiastically recommend him!

It went extremely well. Scott showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, talked me through the maintenance process, and was finished in about 2 hours. Since that time he's actually contacted me just to ask how things were going, whether I was satisfied with the unit, etc. Great customer service.

Very professional and extremely quick to respond to questions. Came to our house to give us an estimate the same week and had the new system in by the following week. He did a great job and even took our old system for us.

I called Scott about needing a water softener and he showed up the next day, tested the water and recommended a unit. After I decided to purchase he ordered and installed it with no hassle and has been readily available to answer questions ever since. I am very pleased with this transaction.

Fast efficient service. Price was half that of comparable Culligan system and both use very similar water softening systems, that are much more reliable than similar systems from Lowes
