+ -1 morecalled this service for repairs in commercial facility. on inital contact a person said they would "have some one call back" never took my name or number. I called back at least 2 more times to contact them. I never ever heard anything from them again. I got the listing off Angies list and was really dissapointed in the service, or lack there of.

+ 0 moreAlexandr and Nataliya were AMAZING!!!! They alerted me to problems accessing the property so that I could address the problem. They posted pictures (as I am not in the same geographical location) and explained different options for repairs. They came to my rescue time and again when different repairs were needed. I hired Alexandr for one project and then kept re-hiring him. Nataliya kept me informed via e-mail every step of the way. Pictures were posted. My property manager, neighbors, and realtor all confirmed several times that the quality of Alexandr's work was excellent. At all times, Alexandr and Nataliya were professional, informative, and responsive. I am a very pleased, very happy customer. I highly, highly recommend!
Description of Work: Painted (a lot!), repaired sub-floor in bathroom, replaced tiles, re-caulked tile and tub, repaired deck railing, repaired 5 different leaks, repaired front, decorative fence posts

+ -1 moreHe is fantastic. He is the best that I have ever found. He is unbelievable. His charges included the materials so it was reasonable. I have a rental property and they had 2 dogs which I did not know about and they had completely destroyed the railings and these guys were able to repair that and one could not tell anything was wrong. They were amazing. They repaired some drywall and one would not tell that it was ever damaged. They do very good service.
Description of Work: I used Alexander Handyman Svc to do some railing repairs and drywall repairs.

Description of Work: I had an oven delivered for my mom on a Friday only to find the old oven had an exhaust fan bolted to the floor, so Home Depot wouldn't install the new one. Friday afternoon i called Alexandr to remove the fan and he arrived the next day. took about a half an hour but completed the job quickly on a Saturday and charged a reasonable fee.
