PJ & staff called to say when they'd be at our home each day. Everyone was knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and professional. Hard working but willing to work around our schedule when we needed it. Went above and beyond. We can't say enough about them.

Despite the fact that this is not something I would wish on anyone, EVERYTHING WENT GREAT! We discovered the disaster on Friday night. Our first step was to call a plumber on Saturday and while we spoke with him, he recommended Puro-Clean to us. We contacted them on Sunday and the next day they had their project manager Steve Jacobs on site to evaluate our situation. Puro-Clean was quick to respond and began removing water that day and left drying equipment before they departed. By Wendesday, P.J. Kumor and his crew were in my home to begin work. Their team of professionals was nothing short of amazing. They worked efficiently and effectively, and while they were in my home for the better part of three weeks, they were there when they said they would be and they cleaned up after everyday. The owner, (P.J. Kumor) was extremely personable and professional in conducting his business as he gave the impression that he cared about my home as if it were his own. Throughout the process P.J. always made it a point to keep me informed about when, how, and why they were doing something when it came to deciding to tear something out for replacement or to keep it place. Though I probably was, he and his crew never made me feel like I was in the way and they always answered all my questions. P.J. worked personally with the insurance adjuster both in person and over the phone on several ocassions to make sure nothing that needed to be repaired or replaced was missed. Though this was a horrible life event, P.J. and his crew made it seem a little easier than we thought it was going to be. Should you ever need the services of a company that does mitigation and restoration, we would highly recommend P.J. Kumor and his Puro-Clean team.

I loved all the workers. They were so nice and helpful in my time of need and loss. They were very conscientious about their work and my home. Everything was back to normal within the week. They were so quick and my home looked even better before my loss. I couldn't wait to write a review on these young men and recommend them to anyone! They were very fair and my insurance adjuster couldn't believe how professional this restoration company was. A+! Thank you puroclean and pj for saving my home!
