I called Jason on Thursday and he called back on Friday. We made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Jason did not show up for the appointment or call until 7:30 PM, to reschedule. I declined.
Description of Work: No work was done.

Jason was very friendly. He provided free help on how to program the keypad I bought online and offer to install a keypad for a very fair price if the pad I bought online didn't work. I will definitely call Jason in the future when I need garage door servicing.
Description of Work: I'm the new owner at a home previously serviced by Jason. I called with some questions about the garage doors, including adding a wireless keypad.

He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service call was a very pleasant experience. We now have a garage door that opens. We will definitely call him when the time comes to replace our existing garage door.
Description of Work: Jason came out the same day to repair our garage door opener. He replace the striped gear of our chain-drive Lift Master with ease, checked the condition of the springs (suggested that a heavier weight was needed when they fail), oiled the chain and wheels, etc. We discussed adding a window panel to our existing garage door and he provided us with several options and suggestions. He pointed out several items on our 20+ yr old door that may need to be replaced and upgraded in the future.
