He did an AMAZING job, to say the least. I couldnt have been more pleased with the work he did on my home . It was a complete remodel of my 1800 sq. ft. house, at a very reasonable price. He worked with my family and I throughout it all, he made sure he kept us updated with everything, he treated us as if we were his family as well. I couldnt have done it without you Jacob! You are amazing! Thank you for everything, and I will be calling you again for anything I need done .

When I initially talk to the contractor I explained to him the steps that needed to be taken in the order that they needed to be taken how much money I had to work with and showed him the things that needed to be done around the house I explained to him that the house needed to be wrapped for siding first and protection through the winter I explained to him that plumbing needed to be installed in my house and then drywall needed to be hung but the drywall was the last of our steps not the first of our steps We also explained to him that some things needed to be done around the property I asked the contractor for a contract and he prolonged actually giving me a contract I did give him money to purchase supplies to start the job for the house wrap and for the plumbing supplies which he never purchased. The contractor purchased three buckets of mud some putty knives a container to hold some putty in and a propane heater with a propane tank none of which I asked him to purchase
