Description of Work: Randy made an appointment to meet at my house. He gave the whole presentation and said he would email me all the information, price and would follow up with a phone call. I never heard from him again. I did not call him back. I just figured if he doesn't care enough about a potential customer, I don't want to do business with him.

Description of Work: NOTE: According to our paperwork, Re-Bath in Lancaster, PA is responsible for our renovation. Re-Bath removed our old heavy bathtub and glass doors and replaced them with a new walk-in shower stall with sliding glass doors. Rather than just covering our old unit with a "shell", they removed everything right down to the 2 x 4s.

Went very smoothly. Two workers came out on the date that was originally agreed. They kept the house very clean while they worked. They completed the whole job within 2 days. They were polite and did a great job. My bathroom looks really good.

They have a nice selection of products. When I finalized what I wanted to get done there were no samples of the material that I could take to the store to pick out the colors which was annoying. I needed to see the color of the things to co-ordinate things.
Description of Work: Re-Bath did a tub to shower conversion and did a complete bathroom remodeling by putting in the toilet, vanity, sink, shower and floor.

They all come in to our office and are recorded during operating hours and by email after hours. I now at one time that a local phone directory had our fax number listed as our primary number by accident. We have several filters in place to make sure that this doesn't happen. However it is possible. We try to make it easy for home owners to receive the best service available, via email, 800 number and local numbers as well. I found them in the phone book and they had a display at Home Depot. The guy that installed was very friendly and helpful. He did a really good job; cleaned up his mess and did an excellent job. It took two days to do the job and that is what he estimated. I will use them again in the future.

I am very pleased. The only problem is that our teenagers are spending more time in the shower!
Description of Work: I recently decided to update our bathroom with a new shower. I did not want to just cover up the old shower with a bath fitter appliance. I was able to choose from a wide selection of tiles, bathtubs and fixtures. I was given an estimated start date and it was accurate. The installer, Floyd, was professional and prompt. He cleaned up afterward and their was no evidence that an old shower was removed and a new installed except for the beautiful new shower. Best all, the removal and installation was done in about 6 hours. Thank goodness we did not go with a product that would just cover up the old shower because there was a small leak with the old shower. Lastly, the shower has a life time warranty for as long as we are in our house.
