We hired Lindsey to do a home inspection of a house we were considering purchasing. As stated in other reviews, he arrived before us & spent the next three hours thoroughly inspecting the property & answering our questions. He did a home inspection, septic system test & radon testing. Lindsey is a courteous professional.

I called his office to schedule an home inspection, radon test and wood inspection one day before the inspection happened. My wife and I arrived at the property 10 minutes before the appointment. The inspector, Lindsey, was already there setting up the machine for testing radon and turning on all the utilities. He then walked us through the house from the outside. He checked the vegetation, the condenser and the roof. While he was inspecting, he also taught me how to maintain a house. During the inspection, he kept asking us if we have any questions. He then took us to the inside of the house and started inspecting the inside. He showed us how to use all the appliances and how to maintain them. He also pointed out any potential questions he saw. The whole inspection took around 3 hours. I received the inspection report in the same day and the radon report came two days later (he took the test for 48 hours.) We really enjoy Lindsey's service and I like what he said, "his goal is to be everyone's inspector forever." He said I can call him anytime about how to maintain a house and he would teach me through the phone.

I was purchasing a home in Johnstown, PA while living in Tucson AZ. I needed a home inspection to ensure there were no significant issues with the property and I could not be present for the inspection. Consequently, I had to rely on the inspection report and associated digital photographs to negotiate with the seller. The report was very specific and recommended issues to be addressed before moving forward with my purchased. In addition to the initial inspection, I had this company provide a re-inspection for $175 to ensure that the seller corrected the deficiencies. The re-inspection identified a number of deficiencies that were not corrected despite the seller's claim that they were. I purchased the property three weeks later when the deficiencies were corrected.
