Everything was done with the upmost perfection. They were very professional and yet very personable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs chimney repairs, cleaning, etc. Top-notch!

A-1 was just that. There was a slight problem with installing the Masonite cover to the workspace but, other than that, I was totally satisfied.

I called them for a quote, they came out in two days......... and gave me a written quote on the spot. The other places I got quotes from took a week to come out and another week or two before i got the actual quote, and by far the best price!! Great people to deal with, GREAT communication.

They installed a chimney liner in my 140 year old 3 story row house. The company knows their chimneys. Everything went just as they estimated. I have no reservations in recommending them. It was a positive experience.

We've had work done by American Eagle three times (two cleanings and a minor chimney repair) with great satisfaction. They're not exactly local to us, so you'd think that scheduling would be a problem, but they've always been very quick to call back and let us know when they could get to us. In every case, we were able to get on their schedule in a very reasonable time given the season we were calling. The work crew has always been here when they said they would be and has been very efficient at getting to work. There's no having to go for tools or double check with the office about what they were supposed to do. They're friendly, do very good work and have always left everything clean and neat. We did find that it's important to be sure and communicate with the crew. The first time they were here they left the damper closed (shame on us, we never do) which resulted in quite a bit of excitement when we lit the fireplace that night. Also, without our knowledge, they used an alternate switch to shut off the furnace that we've never touched. They didn't turn it back on, so we thought something was wrong with our heating system. Fortunately we discovered the switch in the off position before we called the furnace repairman! We've found their prices to be reasonable, and the quality of the work is very high. The bottom line is that we'll be staying with American Eagle for all of our chimney cleaning and service needs.

They were very nice but they work wasn't done correctly. we had to have them come back several times.

Excellent chimney contractors who arrived on time and very courteous. My husband and I were very pleased with the work that was done to restore our old chimney. The final coat of stucco was applied professionally and makes our OLD chimney look like BRAND NEW again. Arrived on time and did the work exactly as we expected. The team from American Eagle was prompt. Unlike many other companies I've worked with, they gave a one hour window of time they would arrive, and they called 15 minutes out and showed up about 15 minutes early! They are PROMPT! The leak allowed water into my attic crawlspace and it was seeping into the master bedroom. The team assessed the leak, and assessed the chimney in detail. They immediately discovered chimney lacked a liner - a serious problem from a safety standpoint. They offered a lifetime warranty that is transferable with the house. The liner was installed in under two hours and the work was high quality. The team cleaned up after the work was completed. The team assessed the chimney/roof seal and determined that some portions had failed and some portions had not been sealed at all. As the temperature was below freezing, using the preferred sealant material was not possible. The team applied a temporary fix and will return when the outside temperature is above freezing and finish the job. Outstanding service, prompt, courteous, and professional. A job well done!

This is our second time using American Eagle. They swept a fireplace/chimney in both our basement and living room in under an hour. They cleaned up thoroughly and recommended - based on how the chimneys looked before they started - we get them cleaned every year and a half or so. We were very happy with their service the first time and just as happy this time. Would recommend American Eagle to anyone considering them.

They were very courteous and punctual. They did excellent work at a very reasonable price. They were very affordable and the actual price was exactly what the estimate stated. One day, they worked into the night to finish the work because they had promised it would be done that day. Came out to give estimate the same day I called and gave an honest and fair estimate. Arrived to do the work punctually, efficiently, and professionally. They are nice people too, I will use them again and again.

They arrived early to clean the chimney and were very courteous. When we decided to go ahead with the new stucco, they arranged a suitable time and again, arrived on time and completed the job with complete competence, within the time frame established.

Called company and they came out same day for estimate. We chose to use them after seeing the reviews on Angie's List. Product had to be ordered and Marilyn from the company called me to let me know the status and apologized that it would take a week for the part to arrive. (1 week was not unreasonable to wait for the parts). Everyone at the company was extremely pleasant to deal with and did a good job. They arrived on time for installation which took about 1/2 hour. We were very pleased with the company and service and they are now the company we will use for any chimney needs in the future.

They were helpful, explained everything, and did a thorough job inspecting our flashing and roof by the chimney. We had a water leak that had persisted for 5 years, with many attempted fixes by various contractors. American Eagle found the leak, fixed it, for a very cost effective price. We have been perfectly dry since. You have no idea what a relief this is! I love these guys.

The folks showed up as scheduled and performed the work as promised for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them for all my chimney work.

Prompt and courteous throughout the 2 day job. Willing to work with me on the amount of texturing applied. Prior to making a color choice they dropped off a board with actual samples of the stucco colors I asked to see. Good clean up following job completion.

Great! Highly Recommend!! Two service men arrived on time, and surveyed Chimney area. They took a picture with their phone to ensure I could see what they were trying to explain. As it turned out, I didn't require any services at this time, and the issue I was having could only be resolved if the chimney were to be closed permanently, as it's up to code. They also shared they knowledge related to a question I had regarding my gas fireplace, and wanting a remote control unit, and what it would take to make that change, they type of units I should look for - brands they would recommend, and cost to make the conversion. Again, they were great! Honest, polite and very personable. When I make my conversion, they will be my first call!!! Additional Note: CALL them! If you email, you can expect a delayed response.

marilyn didnt much care. she didnt solve problems. to not be able to find a large farm is just plain dumb....by the way we have eight fireplaces and wouldve been a good annual customer. to anyone considering them: be careful they are rude, dont go the extra mile, and seem to only want your money.
