I am a Realtor with SWC Properties, Beaver County office. Our office opened in November of 2015 and is growing strong! We currently have 7 agents. (as of March 20, 2016).

Services we offer

My services to you are Buyers Agent and Sellers Agent. I will assist you in finding your next home and or investment property, prepare all of the paperwork to submit your offer, do all of the research on the property, do all of the negotiating on your behalf, escrow your handmoney, schedule your inspections, keep you on track with all deadlines. As a Sellers Agent I do all of the above plus market your home, hold Open Houses, assist you in pricing and staging.

Services we don't offer

I can direct you to a mortgage lender but we are not a lending company. I can direct you to a closing company, but we are not a closing company. I can direct you to different inspectors, but we are not an inspection company of any kind.

The sell went really well. It was quick and I basically signed all paperwork in emails.
Description of Work: The real estate agent was very knowledgable and professional. She completed things in a timely manner and was always available to help or answer or any questions I may have had . I would definitely refer her to anyone. She is smart caring and knows her job .
