Description of Work: They replaced steps coming off the porch area which were put in along with a long driveway, sidewalks, a large patio and, of course, the original steps about ten years ago, The original steps did not have rebar and each were too big and bulky causing them to separate from the porch and slope down causing a real safety hazard, Cello's did a wonderful job, and the price was very reasonable, I would call them again without any hesitation should a need for any cement work ever come up!

.Seemed very personable person. Asked how long it would take to do small patio area approx 10 x 14. Stated approx 3 days. 3 weeks later May 15 patio poured. I stated to Marcello several times about the importance of a grade to driveway to keep water away from house. Each time he assured me this would be done. After pour and the first rain it was running to the house. instead of a grade he finished it perfectly level. Had someone come out with bonding agent and cement to adjust but it didn't make a difference.and made more of a mess of the patio. When contacted he assured me he would make it right--redo the whole patio. Later call he still assured me he was planning on ripping our and redoing patio. He also gave me the option of $$$ back. After numberous phone calls (7/6 last one requested $$$ back) I have heard nothing from him.He did not keep on top of making sure his employees were at job site when they were supposed to. Had to call him several times (after lunch) as to when was someone coming out.I definitely would not recommend this person for cement work because now I have a very messy patio
Description of Work: 16x16 pavers removed, Dig out existing area for gravel. (underestimated tonnage of gravel that cost me more) Cut away a small amount of blacktop to even out patio. When patio was pour I was away for the day and he called left message it was done. He was not happy with mix received from cement provider. upon seeing project next day I was moderately concerned about grading away from house. He assured me that this was done. I paid the bill. Had someone come out with a bonding agent and cement to go over patio to make a grade. Did not work still the same as it was and now it is a messy job.
