+ 0 moreI called on Steam Action Carpet Cleaning in Beaver Falls when another carpet cleaning service failed to show for an appointment. Boy am I pleased that the other company bailed! Steam Action handled my job professionally from start to finish. The appointment setter politely scheduled my visit and provided pricing. I was shocked when her quoted rate was significantly less than the other company's. The cleaning team called to let me know they were on the way, and they arrived promptly at the very beginning of the three-hour appointment window. The guys got right to work cleaning my love seat and wool area rug, and the job was done within 40 minutes. The results were fantastic - better than expected especially given the age of both pieces (and the presence of a big hairy dog). I really appreciated the fact that neither piece was soaking wet. In fact, they were both completely dry by the next morning. Nice work!

Description of Work: Steam Action did a super job. The aren't the cheapest around, but they are professional and thorough. We also had a sectional cleaned which is nearly as much as the whole house, but they did a super job.
