He has anger issues that he should deal with He did well for the past few years, was usually on schedule. However, this year he apparently had numerous clients cancel in my area but waited until nearly mid-April to tell me; he only told me when I tried to confirm the specific day of the week. He promised to send me the name/phone number of another local person but failed to do so. He finally referred it to another person after my second text message. I told him I was disappointed in him, he said I was being "juvenile" and he would "wipe his a*s with my feelings" about his lack of professionalism. (Ratings are based primarily on this)
