We had a fantastic experience with AquaTec. They were prompt in responding to our request to come out and review our problems. We had had another plumber in several weeks before who left us very unsatisfied - and after seeing the positive feedback in Angie's List for AquaTec, we decided to try them. Best decision we could made! John & Toni did a careful inspection of our issues, uncovering several problem areas - one we were aware of and the other we were not. They were very patient in not only answering all our questions, but also showing us the affected areas - and carefully explaining the next-steps of what they recommended to fix them. They provided an estimate during that visit and told us they would be back to do the job in two days. Two days later, they were on time, ready to work, and went about their business in an efficient manner. On top of all this, the folks of AquaTec are professional and genuinely nice people. We count ourselves fortunate to have found their services and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!

This is the second plumbing project that Aquatec has worked on at our house. John and Derek stopped in a couple of days earlier to look at the job and material and work up a quote. John called us that night with a very reasonable quote. We scheduled the work, and John and Derek arrived right on time and worked straight through until the work was completed. I was impressed, but not surprised, with the high quality of their work. The finished product was immaculate and highly professional, the same as the previous time they worked on our shower. Aquatec is my first call for any sort of plumbing work - that sounds like a commercial, but it's good to know that I have a competent resource I can rely on to fix any problems in that area.

Called Aquatec and made an appointment with John. We made an appointment that was quick and at a convenient time. He and Eric showed up right on time. They reviewed the work to be done and gave me a cost quote. It was very reasonable, so I accepted and they performed the work. Despite difficult access through the wall behind the shower, the work was completed quickly. They showed me the finished work, and it was neat and very professional. Everything was cleaned up completely.
