Very poorly. His license was expired while he was working on our job, they told us it was a 14 day job and 4 months later we were begging him to complete the work. He collected 50% up front but mismanaged the money. The crew never worked more than 5 hours in a day.

2 contractors working for this vendor had done the work. One younger guy was on the ladder and had put a hole in my siding where the ladder hit the house. I called Gary regarding the hole his contractor put in my siding. From our initial conversation he said he would make this right and also acknowledged that he would be out in a couple weeks and would be easy to replace the piece of siding. That conversation was March28th and I have not heard anything from him and have left messages for Gary April 27th and May 4th and May 17th. I am starting to get worried that I will have to make repair out of my pocket. I am working on getting a quote for this repair as I do not want any further damage to my house or pest infestation. I would not recommend this contractor as he does not make right damage his contractors/employees do under his name.

he quoted a 14 day job and it took them 4.5 months to complete the work. he was operating without a PA Contractors license (it had expired) which explains why he had us write him checks to his personal account instead of the business account. he decided not to do a piece of work for us, but we had paid him for it 3 months before that ... and it took an attorney & threatened legal action to get him to refund us our money. Be very very careful if engaging in work with this man. Put completion target dates in your contracts & tie them to payments. Otherwise, he has zero incentive to complete the work. The crews are constantly pulled to do other jobs. They only showed up two times for 5 consecutive work days; their days were typically 11am-3pm with a 1 hour lunch break. He did work on our entire townhouse section & he wouldn't return phone calls to any of us for months. It was very frustrating.

The roof went on timely but I need him to come back for a leaking ceiling, but he will not call me back. My insurance company has also tried to reach him. I have been calling him FOR MONTHS.

Overall quite satisifed and would recommend and use again.
