This person left snow/ ice on the top of my driveway which I had to clean up. When I called him, he talked about returning my money. I didn't want all of it back. He did do the work. I never heard back from him. He said because I was a one time customer, he didn't need to do a good job.(something on that line of wording) it was not a good experience!

I requested someone to remove snow from 2 driveways in the middle of the last snowstorm. Within minutes Mr. Totino called me back and said he would go within a half hour. I had a relative away who would not have gotten in their driveway. He assured me he would get it done as I was worried because of the hilly location. My relative got home late that night and her driveways and walks had all been done. Thank you Mr. Totino.
