Titan met all of our expectations. John Golbreski is reliable and can serve as an example for what customer service can and should be. His availability and willingness to work with the customer is outstanding. Donna and Debbie in the office are pleasant and friendly and are also very willing to answer or find answers to questions about the building process. Subcontractors who came to work on the house continuously made comments on the quality of the work done by Titan and the materials they use for building. Any minor problems were quickly addressed and the builders remained flexible to our changing needs throughout the building process. The only negative I would mention is that instead of receiving the balance of our loan amount one month past closing, as stated, we received a partial amount 2 months and the full amount 3 months after closing on the house. We love our home and the work done by Titan. They also made the process of building a home far less stressful than I thought it would be. The home we built, the Pennsylvania Farmhouse with an addition is an incredible value. We highly recommend Titan Homes!
