After looking at a few fence contractors, Lehigh Valley Fence became the obvious choice pretty quickly. Fran (the owner) came out to do an estimate, and he listened to our needs and was very easy to work with. A couple of weeks before the install date they had to find a different lumber distributor for the type of wood we wanted, and Fran kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Then when the lumber finally arrived, they noticed that a lot of the pieces had flaws and Fran asked me come out to their workshop to take a look. I would have never noticed the flaws had they not pointed them out! This shows you how much integrity Lehigh Valley Fence has. He could have easily installed the flawed lumber without me noticing until later. When it was time for the install, Kevin (the foreman) and his team did a fantastic job. They were very professional and quick, and the install was done with great workmanship. Kevin was easy to work with and made all the changes we requested. Then when the project was completed, Fran actually refunded us a little bit of money because he realized he calculated the length of our yard incorrectly at first. I would have never caught that. Once again, this shows you how much integrity he has. A few months later we asked them to make an adjustment to the grade of the fence (after we had our yard re-graded). Fran, put us on the schedule immediately and had workers out there a week or so later to make the adjustment. They were able to do it in an afternoon, and it turned out great. No home project goes perfectly, so having a contractor that you can trust is so important. That’s why I would recommend Lehigh Valley Fence anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Estimate was scheduled within days. Work was completed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Competitive prices. We had a split rail fence with mesh installed and two gates. Very happy with end result.

Great! Everyone there is very responsive and Kevin took time to give me estimates for 3 scenarios. He even stopped by to make sure I was happy with the job!

Owner and office staff are very friendly and professional. Estimate was scheduled immediately with both advice/suggestions as well as willingness to work with my own desires. Installation was delayed by a few days with no call or explanation until I contacted them, but they were very responsive to my concerns and prioritized the work that day. Fence is of highest quality and looks/functions beautifully. Would definitely use them again.

I set up an appointment with them, and they asked for directions to my house. I asked if I could just give my address to enter into a GPS, and they said no we don't have a GPS. I gave them directions to get to my house. I called back an additional time to correct the exit I had given them, and then they called me back a day or two later to say they wouldn't travel that far. I am just outside the city, not very far away, and they wouldn't service my location.

Excellent! This company is extremely responsive and does excellent work! Fran (owner and worker!) is right on in his estimating; explains everything thoroughly; provides options and advice as to how to proceed, and performs exemplary work. Definitely a keeper!

The work was completed in the agreed upon time frame. The workers removed all trash related to the project. The workmanship was very good. The gate is very attractive. I would use this company again.

I used Lehigh Valley Fencing because of all the rave reviews I found on Angie's List....and I am so happy that I did! Fran came out to my house on time and we discussed the project. I had an idea of what I wanted so Fran was quickly able to understand what I was looking for, showed me some brochures and provided me an estimate within a day. Fran was able to do a quick re-design to get the project within my budget while still understanding what I was looking for. (My biggest concern was insuring that my terrier dogs would not be able to get out of the yard and Fran knew exactly how to handle this request.) Lehigh Valley Fence crew showed up on time on the day scheduled and completed on time. They cleaned up every day so my yard did not look like a war zone. They also obtained all the necessary permits through my city which I found very convenient. And they seem like really good people. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Fence!

The crew of six people with a supervisor was very professional, courteous and hard working. They removed the old fence around our entire back yard and swimming pool in less than a day and installed the new fence in less than two days. In other words, they entire project was completed one day ahead of schedule with quality results and limited disruption to our personal schedules and property. The product we selected, a beige fence from Country Manor, is top quality and will last for many years to come with very limited maintenance. Lehigh Valley Fence and its owner, Fran Gotzen, are the people you want to contract for a high quality, efficient fence installation at a fair price.

From the first, Fran (owner) and Doreen (office manager) were extremely responsive and helpful. Fran surveyed the property and provided a number of scenarios for us to consider. Work was scheduled and executed. The work involved two (2) days. The crews were very professional and did an excellent job of incorporating new fence panels and supports into an existing structure. The new gates (much better than those originally installed by another contractor!) are superb. They even put in multiple gate stops in consideration of a wind issue that haunts this property. In addition, we had asked if he would take a look at the mailbox post as it was askew to see if he could reposition it or replace it. He did that as part of the overall job (no additional charge) and reset the post in a more stable foundation. Very, very pleased! Both Fran and Doreen followed up on our requests in a prompt manner. We would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in fence installations and repairs! We'll be using them again if we have another hurricane (or tropical storm)!

I am extremely pleased with the finished product and the service I received. I had contacted several other fence companies shown on Angies list and they were booked up until mid June. When I contacted Lehigh Valley fence they set up an appointment and Fran was at my house within a few days to take measurements and give me an estimate. I was very happy with his knowledge and suggestions he gave me so I signed the contract and ordered the fence that day. The fence was installed within a month of signing the contract. They did a wonderful job. The crew that did the installation was excellent. Very professional and courteous.

They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and I was happy with their work .

Kevin arrived on Wednesday August 23rd to go over measuements and to make sure everything was square and that we were in our property lines. He was out in the yard for a good 40 minutes measuring and putting up string line. Kevin and his crew came out on Thursday to put up the posts. It was extremely hot, but they worked right through. Friday, they came out and put up the fencing. They worked so hard and did a beautiful job. They also put up the mailbox for us. Kevin, needed to come back and suggested he would stop by over the weekend, well sure enough he was back out to our house on Sunday to make finishing touches. Kevin and his crew were totally professional and careful to keep the yard clean when the job was completed.

The crew was professional and extremely courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone that requires a fence. They far exceeded my expectations.

Called back promptly, not like some who keep you waiting for weeks. Showed up on time. Very personable. If I ever need fence or repairs I would hire again.
