Great experience. Ryan was able to replace a broken garage door opener in under 2 hours. He was upfront about the cost to fix the old opener vs replacing it. Also, I received a few quotes and Girard's was the most competitive.

Everything went great!!! The tech arrived on time (in the snow). Fixed broken cable and lubed all the hinges on both doors. Now they are 100% quieter (who knew?). I asked for a quote to get an opener for my 2nd door. Price was fair and I scheduled appointment, just 2 days later. Thank you so much for your help. Also thanks to Angies List for having such good quality companies available to choose from.

It was good service with no problems. They were on time and came the same day.

The technician reached out and advised he was available earlier than scheduled, which was a good thing. Unfortunately he made me very uncomfortable as he did not wear a mask. He saw that I was wearing a mask, but it apparently was not meaningful to him. It became my responsibility to maintain social distancing. I would encourage hesitation in our current environment to use this company if they do not aggressively enforce following Convid guidelines with their employees. A good price and competent work product does not override personal safety during this health crisis.

The receptionist who answered my call was friendly and professional. I was scheduled for an estimate the very next day. The service man, Dave, made a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time and was also friendly and professional. We know very little about garage doors and he took the time to answer our questions and explain the problem. The estimate given was reasonably priced. Will absolutely call when we are ready to have the work done. Thank you!

I called Girards again cause i was having trouble with one of my safety sensors not working since the bad storms and spoke with a supervisor named Tommy. Once he found out I was a previous customer he worked with me on the phone and steered me in the right direction and i was able to fix the issue. WOW. Most repair shops would come right out and take my money whenever possible no matter who you are . I highly recommend Girards Garage door services !!!!

Left a message on their answering machine. They called within a couple of hours and came the same day. Let us know the technician, Mike D. was on his way and an approximate time of arrival. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Made a suggestion to keep the issue from happening again. Had the parts, did the repair, problem fixed. Will call again if we need them.

Requested an appointment via their website on Saturday. They replied on Sunday and had someone out Monday morning. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. Overall was very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Cheaper, faster, and more friendly than expected. Would 100% use again.

The technician was amazing. Despite terrible weather causing hazardous road conditions, he showed up and very quickly diagnosed the issue. And that was even after we said he should go home for dinner and come back another day! Girard's is lucky to have such a great employee!

Cory was awesome. Showed up on time for my estimate. Told me exactly what he would do. Recommended door overhaul (all new springs, wheels, etc) I didn’t even need to be there to have the work done. And they were able to schedule my job less than a week after my original quote. Thanks so much!!!

We moved into an older home with a unique garage door situation. The team from Girard were very helpful when they came out to do the estimate - coming up with several potential solutions. Installation day went smoothly and we are very happy with our new door.

I should have know this was going to be a rough ride from the beginning when told they only schedule estimate appointments between 10-3 right in the middle of the work day. We decided to book anyways and the guy who came was friendly and informative and took lots of measurements... that was the last we heard from him. I followed up three times asking about our quote he promised and even called his office but one whole month later I don’t have a quote. What a complete waste of time! We will not be giving them our business if we can’t even get them to follow through getting our business and money which is usually the easy part.

Mike came out on time, introduced himself and shook my hand. I knew I called the right company as first impressions are lasting ones. Mike discussed the options and price to replace the spring., He showed me the different parts of the door that may cause a problem in the future. He then proceeded to get to work and completed the job in a timely manner. I can't say enough about his professionalism and taking the time to explain the mechanics of the door. I will definitely be calling Girard's Garage Door Services to repair or replace this door in the near future.

A Girard worker arrived quickly on a weekend to fix my garage door. He was very professional and knowledgable. He repaired the garage springs quickly and correctly.

In a last minute pinch, Girard's Garage Services was professional, responsive and flexible. They uninstalled and re-installed two garage doors, fixed the tracks and replaced the springs all within a week and working in conjunction with our contractor and our timing. Great company ! I called and actually talked to a live person who put me on their schedule the following morning. I was scheduled between 8 and 10 am. About 8:15 I received a call that they had an emergency and my service would be closer to 10. That to me was excellent customer service, otherwise I would have been concerned where they were. The tech called me about a 1/2 before he was due to arrive and actually got here sooner. When we told him our problem, he knew immediately it was a bad logic board. He had the needed part on his truck and installed it in a short period of time. He reprogrammed all of our remotes, and inspected my door. He found one of the safety sensors was bent and put it back in place. He also lubed the door hinges and spring. The tech was very knowledgable and personable. We told him how happy we were with his service and told him Girard's Garage Door Service will now be our "go to" company for any future service. I had called 2 other companies before I called Girard's and the 1st one never called me back, the second one called me 2 days later. Not acceptable for me, when I call for service I want to talk to a live person, and be able to schedule service at that time. I highly recommend Girard's, they met all my expectations !

Girard's did an awesome job. They showed up on time. They quickly reviewed what needed to be fixed and got right to work. The repairs were done quickly. Besides the repairs they inspected the doors and openers and let me know they were in good working shape. I would highly recommended them Girard's.

Another good professional Service choice I picked again from Angie. Technician Vince was awesome. Professional, honest and friendly. Was patient and answered all my questions. Showed me the wiring problem and his fix and also let me know of other issues that needed attention while demonstratiing their ineffectiveness. He offered to take care of everything even though it was very late in the afternoon. I would not hesitate to call these guys again for their service and ask for Vince.

It was a Sunday when we accidently hit the garage door with the car. Couldnt close garage door as rollers were out of track. Called on a sundat at noon. They came out within an hour. Service man was so polite and did the work in half an hour. I have used Girards before. Always reasonable in Price and outstanding service !!

We were very pleased with the service. The opener needed a new gear assembly and we went ahead and had the rollers, cables, and springs replaced.

Very professional and punctual. Reasonable cost and material used was better than the original installed.
