Dan came first to diagnose the problem then Rob got permission and parts needed through our Home Service warranty which had been provided by the seller of our newly purchased house) Rob and . 6 Dan came several days later to install the parts. They spent time instructing us about a heat pump since we had no experience with one. Because this was. covered by the warranty we paid only a 100$ service fee. I will definitely use them again., even without a warranty

It turned out fine. I would recommend them because of their quality service.

You can't ask for more from this person. He came out twice over the winter last year. It was free because it was a start up of the furnace; it was still under the warranty. Every time you call him, he calls you back within fifteen minutes. I would highly recommend this guy.

They were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. The reasons why we did not choose them were 2 main reasons: 1. We went with another better name brand products. 2. They within have references and that was important. We were talking about our new heat pump. We are trying to decide what we were going to do in terms of heating and cooling our house. They gave us a couple of words. We were thinking either heat pump or back to oil. The 2 guys who showed up just seem knowledgeable about their craft that they are doing for a while. They were explaining things downstairs overall about the system we had and what they provide. It took them a little while to get that quote back. They were professional.
