 + -1 moreThey're always very responsive and they try to get out here promptly. They're a little bit disorganized in remembering what was done. One gut will come out and then he'll say he'll need another part and then send another guy out and they forget about it. So I kinda stayed with them because they know the heating system. The price was pretty good. I'll keep using them as long as I have this heat pump.
Description of Work: I use A&S HVAC because they were the ones who installed my heating system when I bought the house.
