+ -1 moreIt could not have gone better. The Synergy sales guy gave me a price, the guys came when we agreed, they did a fantastic job, I paid the exact price we agreed on. The room is a 2nd story bedroom in a circa 1920s addition on my circa 1800 house. It was ripped down to nothing - ceiling/roof removed, exterior walls removed, everything rebuilt. 2x6 framing for the exterior walls with R21 insulation and 2x12 rafters with R38 insulation on the ceiling.
Description of Work: I have a bedroom that I gutted and am rebuilding. I live about 200 yards away from Synergy's building. While the exterior walls were being re-framed, a sales rep walked over, introduced himself, and offered to do a quote. I had been thinking of doing the insulation work myself. However, their quote came in only $200 more than my cost of materials would have been! It was no hassle at all scheduling the work. They came exactly when they said they would. 3 guys got the job done in less than 3 hours (would have taken me a couple weeks). They were courteous and professional. The job looks fantastic and passed inspection without any troubles at all. The room even has a few odd twists to it and they did exactly what I wanted.
