He analyzed the problem with my windows - the springs and tracks were seriously dry. He lubricated two of them to find out if that would work, and it did. He is making an appointment to come back and do the rest of the windows next week.

I can see other customers have and quot;reviewedand quot; him, so I know he is still doing business. Very disrespectful. It worked out though, since I ended up finding an outstanding handyman.

Randy Eidle was good. He was very responsive, his work was very good, easy to deal with and his price was good and very reasonable. He was very timely.

Randy is a true craftsman. He's very consciencious and thorough. He has a real instnct for discovering the source of roof leaks. He's also resourcefu. If one method doesn't work, he finds another. Randy's prices are very competitive. The only drawback with Randy is that often you have to wait a while for him to fit you into his schedule. But he's worth the wait.

EXCELLANT! Work.Came with the trim all painted took the doors down measured and trimmed the doors.Put the trim, on new hinges on, install the doors touch up paint and was done in no time fill the wood holes. Great job.

We have had Randy perform work for us in all of these categories. Our first experience was last summer when he put in new sun porch doors for us. He replaced doors that would be be more cost efficient and heat and cool efficient . We were very pleased with that work and then contacted him a few months later to repair the exterior work on our chimney, since it was 40 years old. Each time we were very happy with his work. Since he does all his own work his prices are also very reasonable. He also found a few trouble spots that needed repair and told my husband how he could repair them himself. I believe this fits in the category as handyman.

I asked for an estimate to put weather stripping on my front door as well as the door leading from our family room to the garage. Randy was very professional in his attitude, carefully looked at the doors and the area around them, explained what he needed to do, and said he would send me an estimate, which he mailed to us promptly. I had also received an estimate from another handyman, and because I also needed to have a leak in a bathroom faucet fixed, and Randy explained that a plumber would need to handle that task, I chose the other handyman, who said he could fix the faucet. I was very pleased with Randy's professionalism, and would certainly contact him for an estimate if something else needs to be done.

We were very pleased with Randy's work. He arrived on time and was very particular about the work. The front door needed to be sized to fit the existing opening and Randy was very particular about making sure the new door fit the room. There are no "lips" to fall over or any extensions to make it difficult to clean. The doors and windows throughout the house fit tight, because he was so particular. Thus, my electric and air condiitioning is more effective. I was also pleasantly surprised because I did not need to do any cleaning when Randy was finished, neither at the end of the day or when the entire job was completed.
