HICKORY RIDGE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LTD

Hickory Ridge Construction is a family owned and operated business. All negotiations and technical discussions were with the man who installed the system. Unlike other subcontractors on my home addition project where the owner came out, listened to the details, then sent out an ill-prepared employee to do the work. All work from Hickory Ridge is "owner performed" so nothing slips through the cracks. I received four proposals (and a verbal) for the project and, although Hickory wasn't the lowest price, the owner (Bob Elwell) seemed to have my best interests at heart and he had the technical chops and experience which was essential in my radiant heat application. Radiant heat is the bulk of Hickory Ridge's business; not a sideline or a hobby. All appointments and site visits were timely, work was performed in a tidy, professional manner. The complicated pipe routing was done neatly. At the end of the installation Bob came out, at my convenience, to explain the entire system.
