Extremely Poor Service Experience I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with CJA MECHANICAL LLC through our home warranty company. The technician who came for the service call spent the entire time pressuring us to agree to $6,000 in upgrades, which he wanted us to pay directly to him. We made it clear that we were not interested in any upgrades and simply wanted the standard repair or replacement of the problematic equipment. At this point, the technician's attitude changed drastically. He became disinterested and unhelpful. Worse still, he provided false information to our home warranty company, which led to our claims being denied. This left us without a resolution to our HVAC issues and feeling extremely frustrated with the dishonest and unprofessional service we received. I would not recommend CJA MECHANICAL LLC to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC services. Our experience was marked by high-pressure sales tactics, lack of professionalism, and unethical behavior. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

Buyer beware! Do not use this company installed an air handler cut the drain pan to make room for the pipe. The piping used was electrical conduit not pvc.

This outfit is a JOKE. I needed quotes for a new HVAC install in my mother's home. This place, and others, came recommended by a friend. I scheduled a total of 4 quotes from various contractors. This was the only clown that couldn't schedule a specific time & gave me a "window" of am or pm w/ almost 2 weeks notice. I asked them if I could be the 1st appt of the day & to call the night before to update me with a more precise time. They called, as asked, & said I was the 1st appt of the day, as requested, & gave a window between 8 & 930. Why do you need a window for the 1st appt of the day? On the morning of, they call at 8:12 & say they need to reschedule because someone's water heater went bad. I understand things happen & take priority, but why is your tech doing estimates? My time is just as valuable as theirs. I told him don't bother rescheduling. He wasted enough of my time and we'll hire someone else. This is a poorly run business, even if it is a one man show.

Would give negative stars if I could. Worst company - very poor customer service. Warranty company assign him to fix heat. Took 4 days to get them to come out, only because I called multiple times. Ordered part, determine that one part was not ordered once the first part arrived. In 7 days didn’t do anything to get the other part until I called. Very rude, said was too busy, rejected my calls and placed blame on the warranty company. I contacted warranty company and they called multiple time with no response. Finally part was ordered but not arriving for over two weeks. Currently no heat for 4 weeks and am supposed to wait another 2 weeks. Finally my warranty company gave me another option to get it fixed, so I’m on a mission to get it fixed on my own. Which I am sure will be faster than what I have had to wait so far and without the horrible customer service. Stay far away from this company. Reading through the reviews my experience is much like others. If you warranty company assigns them to your work order request someone else if you want it fixed timely or you will have to do all the work yourself to get it fixed. Definitely don’t ever chose to use this company on your own. Never before have I had such a horrible experience, such a headache and waste of my time

Chase is unprofessional to say the least. He was sent to my house by my warranty company on friday only to have him diagnose the problem as the oil pump on my furnace. Left and said he had to get a pump, called and said pump was out of stock until Monday (even though we called another supply house who had one for same price nearby, he refused to come back until monday. My husband took off work to be home monday for Chase to come back and then he wouldnt return our calls, so we called the warranty company and they called him and he told them he wasnt coming back out to fix it today.... What a waste of a business!!!
