The previous dealer,who installed the unit,D&D, was unable to determine why my heating bills were so high and said they would tweek the system, but in winter my bills were sky high. Contacted Longacre who detected the problem and even though they were not a distributor for Lennox, worked with them to get a new unit, for which Lenox will pick up most of the installation costs. Dean, at Longacre has been very helpful and kept in regular contact with me until it was satisfactorily completed. Bill Perron

We were way underwhelmed by the whole experience and decided not to use them. Would suggest you don't use this provider unless you know exactly what you want before you walk into the store and can't do better anywhere else. From the front desk woman ignoring us when we walked into the store, to the salesman on the 2nd floor (where the kitchen and bath showroom is) also ignoring us for TEN MINUTES (I saw him sitting in his office, playing around with his smartphone), then providing pretty lackluster - and unenthusiastic - help once he did acknowledge us, the whole experience was not good. All we got out of them were some cabinet paint samples, so I suppose that was worth our time driving here.

They are routinely out doing something every couple of months for me. They are extremely prompt and their costs are best around. They are quick to respond, very dynamic as in doing all sort of stuff. If I need them today they will come and they do good work. I have used them for 15 years and would not use anyone else.

Great! They came out to the house to see what was needed, came back a a week later and installed everything in about an hour and a half. The installer was really nice and very professional. Answered all my questions and didn't fool around. Recommend them highly. Price could be better but it was something I needed a pro to do.

Longacre had an answering machine on over the weekend with no emergency number listed, so we probably would have to call someone else in the case of an after hours plumbing emergency, but they did call back first thing Monday morning, and we would definitely choose them again.

Showed up on time (early actually) and did a good job. Final bill was exactly as estimated. Price for the job was less than half of the quote from Lowry's.

We worked with Darin on ordering custom kitchen cabinets,mouldings and a sink for our kitchen remodel. Darin is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in his job! He got every cabinet measurement exactly right and helped us select the correct size sink to fit into our space and granite countertop. He made the entire process go very smoothly! And the cabinets are BEAUTIFUL! Great job!

They are very responsive, as they will show up a couple of days later or will come sooner if it's an emergency. Also, they always do a good job and their mechanics are well trained. In terms of cleaning up, they have always been good and never leave a mess.

Longacre's technician arrived on time and professionally dressed. He walked me through the entire process on both my interior and exterior units explaining what he was inspecting, why he was inspecting it, and in what condition he determined it to be in. Furthermore, he explained to me which components I could visually monitor myself and general maintenance tasks I could perform on my own to keep my unit running at peak efficiency between service calls. Technician also recorded all relevant equipment information (brand name/model/serial number) so that my data would be in their computer should I have to call for emergency service. I was billed a week after service was complete for the exact amount I was quoted when scheduling the service.

Sump pump was installed in an older home. Owner had previously had pipes from exterior walls channeling water through pipes under basement floor but that system was unable to take care of heavy rain water. At first the installer capped off the pipes from the wall and dug a channel to the sump pump. However, during first heavy rain this proved not to be successful in getting all the water to the pump. Also, the water was coming in from the walls around the capped off pipes. Installer returned and uncapped pipes dug channel deeper and wider and increased the number of openings in the sump pump container. Haven't had a problem since.

Longacre's did an excellent job! They were very professional from the time we went to look at the various items in their store through the end of the job. It was obvious they wanted you to be pleased with their work. They were very conscientious in cleaning the area each day when they were finished working. I have had many compliments on the job they did and am very pleased with it.
