Description of Work: As an interior designer, I hired Tello to repair hardwood flooring in a client's house (where it had been removed in a closet renovation). When I left a message for Tello the first time, they called me back within the hour! My client was SO pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. We added a bit of carpentry to their scope and they were able to do that too, with no problem. I will definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt from the first estimate visit to the final check. Luis was easy to work with and provided explanations and options at various steps. The floors look great.
Description of Work: Tello floors were wonderful! We redid all floors on the first and second floors of a house we just purchased. The first floor we replaced the existing damaged hardwood, the second floor we had Luis repair and refinish.

+ -1 moreLuis and his brother did a great job. The floor looks great. Luis was very quick to return our initial inquiry, fit us in within a few days, and did the job efficiently. He also was careful to protect our existing floors while doing the work, which I appreciated. It was exactly the kind of experience one hopes to have with a contractor or subcontractor.
Description of Work: We needed patches to our hardwood floors after moving walls to expand a bedroom closet.
