Saki was great! Showed up a few minutes early & was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Wore booties anytime he walked through the house, which is a nice touch. Encouraged me to join him in the A/C inspection & talked me through every step. Really nice guy. Runs a one-man operation and is very detail-oriented, thorough and customer-centric. I felt very comfortable with him doing the work and in my house. My air conditioner checked out pretty well and ended up needing some more refrigerant. All-in-all a pretty easy, but informative exercise. His price through the "Big Deal" on Angie's List was extremely reasonable. The refrigerant itself was a bit of $$, but to be expected. I feel like I paid a fair price. As for anyone reading this, I encourage you to call him right now if you're looking for any type of air conditioning repair or maintenance (he also does furnaces, too; I plan on having him come out to inspect mine in the fall). Highly recommended.

Saki called to let me know he could come earlier than our 1 pm appointment. He went to work and explained things to me. He was happy to show me how to change the humidifier filter. After cleaning the outside unit he called me over to explain the gauges and what the readings meant. Excellent all around experience.

We purchased the big deal but he also charged me extra for filling some gas in the air conditioner. He added some coolant to my air conditioner. That was on my request so it was okay. I was asking him why I didn't feel the cold, so he said it was because of the coolant. He did whatever he was supposed to do, and I told him I don't feel the cold, so he said it was less on the coolant, so he added coolant. The experience was fine. He was on time, but he was expensive on the coolant price. I don't know how to gauge the quality of work, because this is the first time I did it, he came and looked at everything. I guess it was okay because the AC is working. He was pretty good. I will use him again if the rates are okay.

Saki came to look at my heating and AC system. He was extremely polite, informative and honest. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. He took time out of his day just to answer my questions and help educate me about my home and how the heating/AC system works. He will be back to do some general maintenance next month. I'm very happy to have found such a knowledgeable and trustworthy person to do this work.

Arrived right on time, extremely knowledgable, was able to stop a vibrating in the furnace within minutes, he just became my new "hvac guy" and I would recommend to anyone.

Saki was not able to figure out issue with my furnace. He did try to resolve by replacing very expensive gas valve but that was not the cause of the issue. It turns out we had a massive secondary heat exchanger issue that was also leaking high amounts of carbon monoxide into our house. I decided to go with one of the bigger companies (Signature) and the tech diagnosed issue within 5 minutes as he had the proper tools and training for this type of issue. Saki is a super nice guy and am sure is good for most issues but would not recommend for liquid propane furnace related. Having carbon monoxide running through your house is not something to mess around with.

Saki was very easy to schedule, and he arrived on time and did exactly what he said he would. Our heating system checked out fine. He will be our first call if we need heating/AC service.

I had procrastinated getting my heat fixed because of the unseasonably warm weather and then found myself in a panic because the temperature suddenly dropped. Saki was great. I called in the morning and he showed up at my house before noon and the work was completely shortly thereafter. The service was convenient and professional and Saki was very responsive, even when I called later that evening with a heating question. I highly recommend this service!

The order was placed via Angie's List reps. Saki responded in no time. We agreed to enjoy the holidays before setting an appointment. Appointment was set, he arrived on-time (early). He was very nice, my dog loved him. He is the most organized maintenance-service guy that I've ever dealt with!. He showed me and labeled the switches, wires, in case I needed to turn on/off something myself. He posted a sheet on the heater, so I can keep track of any service completed. He answered any questions I had. His professionalism, his courteous manner, and his attention to detail was welcomed and very much appreciated. A good business man... an appointment is already on the calendar to check the A/C system. So SK Heating is returning in the spring! Saki is great! Very nice to work with. Very professional. Explained all the workings of the heating system and did a thorough tune up and walked thru the steps to trouble shoot if I ever needed to. This is a person I can trust for my HVAC needs and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a HVAC professional!

Well I just had service done by another heating company and they found that the drain line plug was not installed on the inducer that SK heating installed. This was causing carbon monoxide to leak into my home for over one year. This is a major hazard. Be ware of this company. Go with another well established company.

Saki is great. Schedules immediately, and is prompt to the minute. Explains clearly what the problem is, and what the options are. Does not perform unnecessary work or replace unnecessary components. He is clean, personable, professional. In my case, it turned out that the motor was really warped. He ordered the part, picked it up and came back within 48 hours. But it turned out that the back plate to which the motor would screw in was really rusted and stuck. So, he ordered the plate as well, and came back again within 48 hours and finished the job. All, as agreed and communicated. To the letter. Very responsible.

Excellent service. Thought I needed a new unit, but was able to replace a part thus saving a fair amount of money. Called a few places and did not feel comfortable with most. One charged just for the eval, but said it would be free if I was planning on replacing (how would I know). Came out promptly, made sure I was in the loop and called to get my ok before proceeding. Plan on having him return to clean out my system at the top of each summer / winter. (- Please disregard the date and cost, as cannot recall since the service was done over the summer.)

We purchased our home in April of 2013. Due to the age of the furnace, we decided to get a home warranty. What a COMPLETE waste of money. Had we known there were great HVAC companies like SK in the area, we would have started there. We ran into an issue a few weeks ago where our heater would occasionally not work. We could hear the furanace trying to ignite, but it wouldnt. Then randomly, it would come back on again. SK came out and gave it a look. He got it to ignite and did a full cleanout of the system. He gave us some very detailed feedback on our system, and was very frank with us. We feel very happy to know that we have an honest and straightforward company to work with. We will be using SK for all of our HVAC issues.

Saki was AMAZING! He was able to schedule my appointment with only a few days notice, he checked in and confirmed and showed up 10 minutes early. He did a really great job. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable about his profession. He educates and explains how everything works as he goes along. Prior to the visit, I had explained that our furnace was only heating downstairs and not to the upstairs radiators. When he arrived, he explained that he would do the cleaning and furnace inspection but would also anticipate having to bleed the system and he let us know the cost for that up front and asked if that was ok. The price was very fair so we had him do everything he needed to. Within an hour, he had our whole heating system working correctly, had made some recommendations and educated us on how to keep our heating system working smoothly moving forward. I would definitely use his services again in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Saki was super responsive, quintessentially professional, and overall just a great person! We contacted him to service our unit for the season and he was able to fit us in within a couple of days, explained our entire system clearly and patiently, saved us from getting a plumber by fixing one of the pipes that was not properly installed, and was great company all the while. He gave a few helpful pointers, showed us all the work that he was doing and has the best rates as compared to the other companies we called (all with good Yelp reviews). It is no wonder why he has 5 stars across the board and we will have him back again for any of our heating and A/C issues.

Suki was outstanding. I knew from our phone conversation when I called to set up the service call, that he would be someone I could trust to perform the work. His profession, and very cordial manner sold me before he even got to the house. He took the time to explain to me how the whole system worked and where the problem was. I was totally impressed. Write down his number and forget about calling anyone else!

I actually never write reviews -- really only if some is exceptional. SK is exceptional! Called and was over same day. Fixed HVAC for ONE FORTH of the cost of our other quote. Also was thoughtful and taught us a lot about our system and the options moving forward for consideration of maintenance vs. replacement. We would definitely recommend him to others and plan to stick with him for maintenance moving forward.
